Abstract
Description
L'invention vise à remédier à ces problèmes.DESCRIPTION The present invention consists in inserting a tensioner on one of the lifting chains forcing the entire chain on the one hand to be shortened in length without load with a slack in the upper part and on the other hand to have the facility to the operator ex stretches the chain length for a hooking having a permanent tension of the hook before lifting. Currently and mainly in the professional field of building and public works, BTP, to carry out the lifting of a load the crane operator must deposit a part of the chains of lifting on the load with the hooks below the pile of chain obliging the operator to raise, by the chain, the hook under the heap of the other three chains to be able to pick the load. This operation sometimes requires to climb on the load with all the risks of accident and make a wrong move by pulling the chain under the other three. Once out the first hook it is necessary to sort the other three chains by lifting the hooks for a symmetrical grip of the four chains on the load. The operator often needs to be helped to untangle the pile of chain to start at each corner without twisting the chain and hold the four hooks in a good position to avoid catching the hook or chain across. The lifting of the mitten, on the part of the crane operator when the four hooks are attached is to make sure to lift the mittle gently so as not to be bothered by the unexpected attachment of the other chains and hooks on the load while ensuring the safety operators. When removing the load, the crane operator must lower his muffle low enough to pick up the hooks leaving a chain pout on the load and the operator must make sure to unhook and close the hook leaving the four chains and hooks on the load . To avoid hanging up the load when lifting the block, often the operator must accompany the chains by lifting them, accompanying them, causing a risk of accident or hang-up of the load. The operation of hooking and unhooking a load with hook chains requires a vigilance of crane operator and the operator in terms of personal safety and the load resulting in risks of accident and also a waste of time and yield. The invention aims to remedy these problems.
It consists of a lifting chain comprising an upper point, an intermediate point and an end point, characterized in that it comprises, between the upper point and the intermediate point, a voltage recovery device allowing, when the chain is at rest and is subject only to its own weight, to reduce the distance between the upper point and the intermediate point and thus leave the end point remote from a load to lift to allow an operator handling the lifting chain to easily extend the distance between the upper point and the end point to facilitate attachment of the load to be lifted, the voltage recovery device extending and the chain being tensioned between the upper point and the end point when the load is raised. The voltage recovery device may be protected by a protective device which may be a corrugated plastic sheath. The voltage recovery device may consist of a jack, a spring or an elastic cable.
The tensioning device can be attached to the lifting chain by hooks or carabiners. The invention also relates to a voltage recovery device intended to be mounted between an upper point and an intermediate point of such a lifting chain in order to create between the upper point and the intermediate point a first portion of chain without load and offering slack, the distance between upper and intermediate being shortened with respect to the length of the first chain portion, and a second chain portion between the intermediate point and a terminal point, free and subject to gravity, the slack offered by the device at the first part of the chain allowing the operator to easily extend the distance between the upper point and the end point to facilitate the attachment of the load. The invention relates to a lifting machine equipped with at least one such lifting chain. The invention will be better understood by means of the appended figures: FIG. 1 shows the lifting chain (1) at rest, equipped with a tensioning device (2). FIG. 2 shows the lifting chain (1) attached. to the load (5) to be lifted, the load still being laid on the ground and the chain not being tensioned. FIG. 3 shows two lifting chains (1) in tension, lifting a load (5). Referring to the drawing figure 1, it shows the chain (1) without load hooked to the bottom hook (C) with its chain slack in the upper part caused by the tension of the tensioner hanging on the one hand in the upper part (A) on the ring of the chain (1) and on the other hand on the intermediate part (B) leaving the second chain part hung by its own weight. The crane operator will have lowered the assembly so that the load (5), being waiting to be hooked by the user, is at a distance less than the stretched distance of the slack chain.
Referring to Figure 2, it shows the chain hooked to the load (5) and stretched by the tensioner (2) protected in its protective sheath (3) hooked at the top by its hook (4h) high on the ring of the chain and in the lower part by its hook (4b) down on the link of the intermediate part of the chain leaving the lower part (11) of the chain stretched while the upper part (10) is still chain pout still extensible.
Referring to Figure 3, it shows two chains (1) hooked to the load (5) and lifting the load without chain slack (10). The upper part of the chain takes up the tension of the lower part (11) to lift the load (5), finding the same initial length and the same characteristics of the chain without tensioner, with a maximum but non-destructive extension of the tensioner (2). ) protected in its protective sheath (3) hooked at the top by its hook (4h) high on the ring of the chain and in the lower part by its hook (4b) down on the link of the intermediate part of the chain (1 ). The tensioning device or chain tensioner is composed of a synthetic rubber tensioner mechanically protected in a corrugated plastic sheath with a fastening hook at each end. The tensioner hook is provided by a locking hook at each end. The high hooks of the two tensioners are fixed on the ring clinging to the muffle hook and supporting the two hoisting chains. The bottom hooks of the two tensioners are fixed respectively on the last third of chain with hook. The mechanical protection to the folding is to be ensured by a free plastic corrugated sheath in diameter around the tensioner of length equal to the length of tensioner without tension. The length of the corrugated sheath is identical to the length of the tensioner without elasticity so as to mechanically protect the tensioners during the removal of muffle chains without stalling the tensioners. The diameter of the corrugated sheath must be greater than the diameter of the tensioner, thus allowing to be free and sliding around the tensioner also providing in tensioned position of the tensioner a mechanical protection in the lower part of the tensioner.
The length is such that between the top of the lifting chain where is hooked the fastener hook of the turnbuckle and the top of the last third of the hoist chain where is hooked the other fixing hook of the tensioner, that the tensioner exerts a force that brings up the last third of chain with hook more than a meter in length leaving a chain slack in the upper part leaving hanging the last third of chain with hook. Generally, the professionals use four chains of lifting and this operation repeated four times with a slight offset of hooking of the tensioner hooks hangs four chains with hook with a shift which determines the arbitrary and symmetrical order of the chains in the hanging to know the right front chain, then the left front chain, then the left rear chain, then the right rear chain creating an arbitrary order of hooking necessary not to have chain twisting, and to have an equal distance between the four points lifting and mittens. These four chains hanged slightly offset in an arbitrary and hourly order, leaving four soft chains in the upper part, allow the operator to visualize the hooking order, because with the hooking offset the right front hook is at most bottom below the left front hook, the two below the left rear hook, and the three below the right rear hook, so the operator can effortlessly lengthen the bottom hook of the right front chain with a length of elasticity of a length of the chain slack for hooking the hook on the load with always a permanent tension which allows: to avoid twisting of the chain, to leave after manual fastening a tension of the chain in line with the hook, not to have slack on the load. The crane operator, after having seen the operator perform the successive hooking of the four chains in a given order, finds that the four hooks are hooked and closed with tension without chain slack on the load in a symmetrical order without overlapping chain and especially , for the safety, without anyone to accompany the chains during the lifting and to carry out a lifting all in security and more quickly. Thus during the pre-lifting, the crane operator ensures the decrease in the length of chain chases in the upper part for which become zero allowing the tension to refer to the chains and no longer on the turnbuckles. Lifting can be done letting the chains withstand the load, finding the same characteristics of load capacity that without tensioner safely. At the molding the crane operator will take care to lower the load until the tension of the chains is taken up by the tensioners thus leaving a slight slack of chain and stopping the molding it will wait until the operator unhooks the hooks of chain with a slight tension annliauée and without the need to close the hooks will release them, regardless of the chain slack, finding the hooks hanged in the same order shifted over the load without touching it with a quick and safe stall time. The crane driver seeing the four chains and free hooks above the load without touching it and without operator can quickly lift the mitten safely and move to another lift.
