Abstract
Pièce structurelle en bois au treillis orthogonal entrant dans la composition de murs ou planchers d'une construction. L'invention concerne un assemblage rapide et efficace d'éléments en bois formant une pièce légère, résistante et pouvant autoriser le passage des réseaux. Elle est constituée de deux membrures (2) solidarisées par des lattes (4) grâce à des connecteurs métalliques (3) caractérisés par des plaques hérissées de pointes. Ces connecteurs bloquent la rotation des éléments occasionnée par la charge. Le chant extérieur des membrures peut être raboté pour recevoir un matériau de parement ou un revêtement. Le vide occasionné par la constitution de la pièce au treillis orthogonal autorise le passage de tous les réseaux installés dans une construction, les éléments la composant servent même de support lors de la pose. Le principe de fabrication de la pièce au treillis orthogonal facilite l'assemblage des éléments, entrainant un gain de temps et limitant les défauts de conception. En effet les éléments aboutés sont assemblés par connecteurs métalliques, type plaques à griffes, sur table d'assemblage ou les lattes constituant l'âme sont positionnées avant d'être solidarisées par presse avec les membrures. En plus de cette facilité de fabrication, les vides entre lattes permettent le passage des réseaux (électricité, fluides, air conditionné) intégrant donc à la structure le faux plafond prévu normalement à cet effet. Cette disposition diminue la hauteur de la construction et donc favorise les économies de matériaux. Les dessins joints présentent l'invention : La figure 1 est une coupe transversale laissant apparaître les pièces formant un plancher bois d'habitat avec réseaux intégrés. La figure 2 est une vue en élévation d'une pièce, en gros plan, une travée de lattes assure le 20 transfert de charge d'une membrure à l'autre. Ces dessins illustrent la composition et un emploi de la pièce à treillis orthogonal (1). Elle est composée de deux membrures (2), à section carrée ou rectangulaire, la rectangulaire étant la plus adaptée à la reprise des efforts.
