The invention relates to an electric machine with an internal cooling circuit. More specifically, with reference to FIG. 1, representing in half-section a discoidal electric machine 1 symmetrical with respect to the rotation shaft of a rotor 5, this electric machine 1 of the state of the art comprises a box 2 of external protection in the form of a first yoke 3 contiguous to a second complementary yoke 4, said yokes 3,4 thus assembled delimiting an internal space in which are housed a magnetized rotor 5 and a double stator 6.7. The rotor 5, which carries the permanent magnets, is located centrally in said housing 2, while the two stators 6.7 are positioned symmetrically on either side of said rotor 5. Each stator 6.7 is composed of a central package of 8.9 sheet, around which is wound a winding 10,11, and is installed in a cylinder head 3,4, maintaining them in said cylinder head 3,4 being provided by a stud 12,13 secured to each sheet metal package 8,9. For the assembly of such an electrical machine, each stator 6,7 is first attached to a yoke 3,4 through the stud 12, 13, then said yokes 3,4 are stowed one to the other. Other around the rotor 5. Each package of sheet 8,9 results from a tight winding of a sheet metal strip, and is in contact with an inner surface of a cylinder head 3,4. When these machines work, they are brought to heat quickly due to the displacement of the parts of the rotor that compose it, and the creation of electric currents inside them. In order to maintain the state of their constant performance and to avoid their premature wear, it is therefore imperative to cool them without hindering their operation. The electrical machines according to the invention have a simple cooling system, homogeneous and compact, making the cooling operation particularly efficient and fast. This system is simple because it does not require the addition of sophisticated parts or large numbers, especially dedicated to this cooling function. It is not bulky because it melts in the electric machine, without generating additional volume. It is finally homogeneous because it cools the electric machine at least at all the areas likely to heat intensely. The invention relates to an axial flow electrical machine having a protective housing enclosing a rotor and at least one stator. The main characteristic of an electric machine according to the invention is that it comprises a cooling fluid circuit in direct contact with the housing for cooling at least each stator. The term "in contact" is general and may as well designate a cooling circuit in contact with a surface of the wall constituting the housing, a cooling circuit dug in this wall or a cooling circuit included in said wall . In this way, the proximity between this cooling circuit and the housing of the electric machine will allow the realization of a fast and efficient cooling operation, without generating significant pressure drops. The fact that this system is in contact with the housing reduces the overall size of the electric machine. The cooling fluid may be gaseous or liquid, and may advantageously be water. The reserve of fluid circulating in the cooling circuit can be incorporated in the electrical machine, or be external to it. If the electric machine was placed in a vehicle for example to be integrated in a gearbox, its cooling circuit could emanate directly from the general cooling circuit of said vehicle and intended to cool its engine. Preferably, the electrical machine comprises two stators placed in a position symmetrical with respect to the rotor and the housing is divided into two complementary yokes from each other, each stator being secured to a yoke, the cooling fluid circuit being in contact with both breeches. The presence of two yokes is particularly justified for convenience of mounting the machine, allowing the assembly of the rotor and the two stators and the cooling circuit. Each yoke may be embodied by a profiled wall having an inner surface and an outer surface. Preferably, each yoke is hollowed by a conduit for circulating the cooling fluid, each of said lines having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. For this configuration, the cooling circuit splits into two sub-circuits, each of which is assigned to a cylinder head. In this way, each sub-circuit is independent of each other, and provides a homogeneous cooling fluid distribution in the housing. The term "conduct" is general and may designate a groove or groove made in a wall of the cylinder head, or an internal channel formed inside said wall. The inlet of a pipe makes it possible to convey cooling fluid from outside the housing into said cylinder head, and each outlet makes it possible to expel said fluid which has passed through said cylinder head towards the outside of the housing. Advantageously, each cylinder head has an inner surface, each pipe comprising at least one groove dug in said inner surface. In this manner, the coolant is inserted between a cylinder head and a sheet package of a stator, allowing cooling of each of said stators by conduction. Such a configuration favors heat exchanges between the cooling fluid and each stator, minimizing pressure losses. The fluid may be either in direct contact with the stator sheet package, or separated therefrom by an additional sealing wall, having good thermal conductivity. According to a preferred embodiment of an electric machine according to the invention, each yoke comprises two independent grooves, each of the two grooves of the same yoke having a distinct inlet and a fluid outlet. In this way, each yoke is traversed by two grooves of fluid, said two grooves being assumed distributed in said cylinder head to completely and homogeneously cool said cylinder head. Both paths can have the same input and output, or have separate inputs and outputs. This configuration emphasizes that each groove can not constitute a closed loop within the breech for which the entry and the exit would be combined. Advantageously, the inputs of the two grooves of a cylinder head are located on the same side of said cylinder head, the outputs of said grooves being located on another side of said cylinder head. This configuration simplifies the mounting of an electric machine according to the invention, by placing the general arrival of the cooling fluid at a specific location of the housing and placing the general output of said fluid at another specific location of said housing. Preferably, the electric machine according to the invention comprises a fluid inlet distributor and a fluid outlet distributor fixed on the outer surface of the cylinder heads, the inlet distributor for conveying the cooling fluid in the grooves. each cylinder head and the output distributor for recovering the cooling fluid having passed through the grooves of each of said cylinder heads. In this way, the inlet manifold is an intermediate piece for dividing a main coolant circulation circuit into several subcircuits to feed each groove with fluid, while the outlet manifold is an intermediate piece for collecting the cooling fluid from said grooves for rerouting it into the main fluid circulation circuit. Preferably, the inlet distributor and the outlet distributor each have a main pipe and at least two secondary pipes, each secondary pipe being intended to be connected to an inlet or an outlet of a groove. Indeed, each secondary tubing can be connected either to a groove inlet or to a groove outlet depending on whether it belongs to the inlet distributor or the outlet distributor. Each distributor is a simple mechanical part, made of lightweight material such as plastic. Each distributor has a central tubing for ensuring the circulation of fluid in the main circuit, and a plurality of secondary tubes for supplying fluid to each groove or discharging said fluid from each of said grooves. The grooves are secondary circuits mounted in parallel on the main coolant circuit.
Advantageously, each groove has the shape of a coil and quadrille an extended area of the breech. Thus, each groove makes it possible to route the cooling fluid along a tormented path within the cylinder head, so as to spread the contact surface between the cooling fluid and each stator, and thus improve the cooling conditions of said stator. The term "serpentine" is general and refers to a tormented course, consisting of turns, elbows, curved segments and / or rectilinear. Advantageously, each stator comprises a sheet of metal bundle surrounded by a winding, a sealing device comprising at least one disk being inserted between each groove and said sheet bundle. Indeed, it is important to isolate the fluid flowing in each groove, the stator it must cool, otherwise leakage of said fluid to the rotor and stators, increasing the risk of breakdowns and / or short circuit. Preferably, the disk is perforated and is an annular piece of small thickness and made of metal. It is dimensioned to close each groove of a cylinder head so as to isolate the cooling fluid from each stator. The term "low thickness" means that the heat conduction through said disk must take place instantly and without loss of charge. The sheet package corresponds to the portion of the stator, which is secured to a cylinder head. Electrical machines according to the invention have the advantage of having their own cooling circuit, thus avoiding the installation of additional equipment, bulky and expensive for the implementation of a cooling system outside said machine. They also have the advantage of having an efficient cooling system and rapid, generating a good distribution of cold to lower the temperature of the sensitive areas of said machines. The following is a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of an electric machine according to the invention, with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an electric machine according to the state of the art; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the outer casing of an electric machine according to the invention; FIG. 3A is a perspective view from above of a coolant distributor of an electric machine according to the invention, Figure 3B is a perspective view from below of a coolant distributor of an electric machine 15 according to the FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the internal part of a cylinder head of an electrical machine according to the invention, FIG. 5 is a diagrammatic view of a seal of an electric machine according to the invention. . Figure 1 has already been described. The parts common to the electric machine of the state of the art and to the electric machine according to the invention retain the same reference numerals in the figures. With reference to FIG. 2, the main technical difference between an electric machine 1 according to the state of the art and an electric machine 100 according to the invention is that the electric machine 100 according to the invention comprises a cooling circuit 101 based on a circulation of water in each cylinder head 3,4, said circuit 101 being mainly intended to cool the two packets of sheet 8,9 of each stator 6,7 in contact with a cylinder head 3,4. A water supply is placed outside the electric machine 100, and water is dispensed into each cylinder head 3,4 by means of an inlet distributor 102 fixed to the two yokes 3,4. The water then passes through the two yokes 3,4 cooling the packets of sheet 8,9 which are in contact with them, the water being ultimately recovered by an outlet distributor 103 also stowed on said yokes 3,4. The inlet distributor 102 and the outlet distributor 103 are fixed on an external surface of said yokes 3, 4 and are therefore outside the housing 2 of the electrical machine 100, the two distributors being placed at two ends. opposite of said housing 2. It is assumed that the inlet distributor 102 and the outlet distributor 103 are represented by two identical mechanical parts.
Four secondary pipes 106,107 originate at said central body 104, a first pair of secondary pipes 106 being implanted on the same side of the central body 104, and a second pair of secondary pipes 107 being implanted at the opposite side of said body 104. Each secondary tubing 106, 107 has a rounded elbow to distinguish a first rectilinear segment 108 and a second rectilinear segment 109, said segments 108, 109 being perpendicular to each other. The first segment 108 of each secondary tubing 106, 107 is located between the main body 104 and a second segment 109. The first four segments 108 of the secondary tubings 106, 107 are in the same plane, and the two second segments 109 of the same pair of pipes 106, 107 are inscribed in a plane, which is perpendicular to the plane of the first four segments 108. The two planes in which the second segments 109 of the two pairs of pipes 106, 107 are inscribed are parallel to one another. The free ends of the two second segments 109 of the same pair of secondary pipes 106, 107 are interconnected by an elongate base 110, whose longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of revolution of the central channel of the main body 104. Each base 110 is pierced with holes 111, and the two bases 110 of each distributor 102, 103 are parallel to each other. The secondary pipes 106, 107 are in communication with the central channel of the main body 104 and pass through the bases 110. Referring to FIG. 2, the inlet distributor 102 and the outlet distributor 103 are each attached to the first cylinder head 3 and the second yoke 4 through their base 110. Indeed, a base 110 of a distributor 102, 103 is fixed to a cylinder head 3,4 by screws passing through its holes 111, and the Another base 110 is attached to the other yoke 3,4 also by screws passing through its holes 111. The cooling water arriving in the central channel of the inlet distributor 102 is distributed in each yoke 3,4 by intermediate of a pair of secondary pipes 106, 107. Referring to Figure 4, a cylinder head 3,4 has a circular planar bottom 112, having a central opening 113 and surmounted by a cylindrical peripheral edge 114 and raised . The circular planar bottom 112 is hollowed out at its inner surface located around the opening 113, by two grooves 115, 116 each having an eventful trajectory in the form of a coil, and making it possible to cover a surface area of said bottom. 112. The two grooves 115, 116 each have an inlet 117, 118 located at a first zone of the raised edge 114, and each end at an outlet located at a second zone of said raised edge 114, said second zone being diametrically opposed to the first zone around said raised edge 114. The two entries 117, 118 of the grooves 115, 116 open at a flat platform 119 of the first zone of the cylinder head 3,4, set back from the 114. The same is true of the outlets which open at a flat platform of the second zone of the cylinder head 3,4. Each distributor 102, 103 is implanted on the two yokes 3,4 through its two bases 110 which are brought into contact with said platforms 119 and screwed on them. Referring to FIG. 5, to prevent the water flowing in the grooves 115, 116 of the yoke 3,4 from being directly applied against the sheet package 8, 9 of a stator 6,7 and therefore risk to leak inside the electric machine 1, a disc 120 is inserted between each of said packets of sheet 8,9 and each of said yokes 3,4. This disc 120 has a circular central opening 121 and is comparable to an annular piece. This disc 120 is preferably made of metal and its annular portion is pierced with a plurality of holes 122 to allow its fixing by screwing in the electric machine 1. The annular portion of the disc 120 has an extra thickness, at its inner edge 123 and its outer edge 124, a polymer strip 125 to serve as a seal between the sheet package 8,9 and the yoke 3,4. Each hole 122 of said annular portion is also bordered by a polymer peripheral strip 125 also to ensure a good seal at the anchoring points of the disc 120 in the cylinder head 3,4. The polymer strips 125 are deposited on each of the two faces of the disk 120. Each disk 120 provided with its polymer strips 125, represents a seal for isolating the cooling circuit 101 of each sheet package 8,9 . The principle of operation of the cooling circuit is as follows: incident water circulates in the central channel of the main body 104 of the inlet distributor 102. This water inevitably passes through the secondary pipes 106, 107 of this distributor 102, for feeding the grooves 115,116 of each yoke 3,4 to heat-cool each sheet bundle 8,9 placed in contact with the sealing disc 120 closing said grooves 115,116. The water leaves each groove 115, 116 by borrowing the secondary pipes 106, 107 of the outlet distributor 103 to then converge towards the central channel of the main body 104 of said distributor 103, before being discharged into the circulation circuit of water. Such an electric machine can be found inside a vehicle, and this cooling circuit 101 can be developed from the main cooling circuit of this vehicle, and provided for cooling the engine of said vehicle.
