DESCRIPTION DE L'ART ANTÉRIEUR Il existe dans l'art antérieur des bassins d'agrément équipés de moyens d'éclairage intégrés. OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of ornamental ponds and in particular adaptations to ensure lighting and / or marking in the best conditions. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART There are in the prior art amenity ponds equipped with integrated lighting means. This lighting provides both an aesthetic function and the security function. To make up for its absence, it is possible to use the pool cover covering the pool to accommodate a means of lighting in the volume protected by the shelter. The shelter can also advantageously complement this integrated lighting basin because the latter is only indirect and can for example, allow a reading at the edge of the basin. The installation of a lighting in a shelter faces the safety constraints of an electrical installation induced by the proximity of the water and by difficulties related to the specific characteristics of the shelter. Indeed, most shelters consist of a set of roof modules movable relative to each other, mobility thus making it difficult to supply energy. In addition, some shelters adopt a telescopic configuration where, in the folded position, the smaller roof modules are inscribed in the volume defined by the largest roof module. Such a configuration requires that there be no obstacle to the translation of the modules within each other as well in their outer surface as in their internal volume. Such a configuration thus makes it difficult to accommodate a lighting means. These difficulties have not made it possible until today to develop the lighting of amenity ponds by shelters, 35 leaving this function to occasional spot lighting, fixed or integrated into the pool. Of course, the transparency of the panels forming the roof participates in the lighting by letting in the daylight and letting the light of the night pool if it is equipped. In addition, when the shelter has opaque walls, it is possible to arrange the walls with skylights constituting skylights as described in document FR2764924. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Based on this state of affairs, the Applicant has conducted research to design an ornamental pond shelter that provides lighting functionality while solving the difficulties encountered in the prior art. This ornamental pond shelter comprises a plurality of roof modules, the roof modules each comprise a profile structure and one or more roof panels, the profile structure comprises two sections or sets of transverse profiles forming an arch at below the cross braces between the two arches. This shelter is remarkable in that at least one basin and profiles forming the profile structure of at least one roof module 20 is preformed in a concave shape to accommodate an electric lighting means. This feature is particularly advantageous in that it offers a lighting solution by the shelter without the disadvantages identified. Thus, by preforming the profiles of a concave shape, it becomes possible to integrate the electric lighting means (s) without these constituting a protrusion preventing the displacement of the roof modules inside one another , for example in a telescopic shelter configuration. Thus, according to another characteristic, the roof modules are movable. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, said profile is preformed with a plurality of concave shapes in which is housed a plurality of aligned lighting means. These concave shapes can be aligned or follow a same curve. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, said concave shape is a groove accommodating a plurality of aligned lighting means.
According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, said concave shape is a groove accommodating an elongated lighting means. This geometry makes it possible to make the most of the geometry of the profiles and to integrate lighting means adapted to this geometry. It also makes it possible to integrate the concave form of reception in the production by die of the profiles which are linear products. According to a preferred technological choice, the one or more lighting means are constituted by leds (electroluminescent diodes) associated in the form of a strip. This choice of lighting means has the advantage of being low energy consumption and allows to consider an original diet. Thus, according to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, said roof module accommodates at least one photovoltaic panel for power supplying said lighting means. This feature solves the problem of powering a mobile module since the power supply moves with the roof module. This feature also solves the problem of safety induced by a power supply near water since the power supply and lighting means remain above the basin with low power usage. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the lower rails connecting the lower ends of the arches are preformed of said groove along the entire length of their outer face. The choice of the outer faces of the lower crosspieces of the roof modules as positioning of the lighting means is particularly judicious in that such an arrangement will allow delimitation of the roof module. In addition, when according to another characteristic of the invention, all the profiles forming the bottom rails of all modules, are preformed with a groove with a lighting means inside, the entire shelter is bounded with innovative aesthetic rendering for a pool enclosure.
The integration of the lighting means with the lower transoms of the load-bearing structure of the roof modules constitutes the addition of a new functionality to the profile forming a low crossbar which, in addition to the function of bridging the arches and carrying the panels roofing, may be equipped with: - wheels allowing their movement on the ground, - co-operating grooves with a fixing device on the ground, 5 - co-operating grooves with a member allowing its lifting and / or tilting, - support wedges in case of stacking the roof modules one on the other, - etc_ 10 According to another characteristic, said groove in the outer face of the crossbar is oriented downwards. Such an orientation will allow to illuminate the ground or the beach all around the basin. The proposed lighting will therefore be indirect and will be a lighting mark around the shelter and therefore the pool 15 proposing not only an innovative lighting aesthetic but also a lighting providing additional security by illuminating the perimeter of the shelter and therefore that of the basin and not directly the basin itself. According to another characteristic, the lighting means and the groove are sized and arranged so that the outer edges of the groove define the width of the light strip created on the ground by the lighting. The markup may therefore be constituted by a light band of well defined length and width. Conventionally, a portion of the section or profiles forming the arch 25 is present in the volume closed by the shelter and is preformed of said groove. Such a characteristic makes it possible to envisage an interior lighting of the shelter. Indeed, according to a particularly advantageous characteristic, the inner face of the section or profiles forming the arches is preformed of said groove. In addition, according to another particularly advantageous feature, all the profiles forming the arches are preformed with a groove, which facilitates manufacture but does not require equipping each groove of the lighting means. According to another characteristic, one or more solar panels 35 are integrated on the outer face of the profiles or set of profiles forming the arch whose inner face does not accommodate the lighting means. According to a preferred embodiment, on a roof module comprising two profiles or set of arch profiles, these photovoltaic panels are integrated on the outer face of the profile or set of profiles whose inner face does not accommodate the lighting means . This offset of the photovoltaic panel opposite the position of the lighting means is particularly useful in the context of a telescopic configuration of the shelter where the rear arch of each roof element is covered by the front arch of the roof. immediately the largest element. The basic concepts of the invention having been described above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving non-limiting example, an embodiment of a shelter according to the invention.

De plus, des saillies intérieures latérales 320 permettent de retenir la barrette 400 dans ledit U. Enfin, l'écartement des branches du U définit la largeur de la bande lumineuse 410.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a schematic drawing of an outer perspective view of an embodiment of a shelter according to the invention; Figure 2 is a schematic drawing of the shelter of Figure 1 in the folded position; Figure 3 is a schematic drawing of an outer perspective view of a single roof module; Figure 4 is a schematic drawing of a view of an exterior detail of the lower cross of the roof module; Figure 5 is a schematic drawing of a sectional view of the lower cross member of Figure 4; Figure 6 is a schematic drawing of an external perspective view of another embodiment of a roof module of a shelter according to the invention; FIG. 7 is a view of the inside of a roof module of the shelter of FIG. 6; FIG. 8 is a schematic drawing of a sectional view of a profile of the frame of FIG. FIG. 6 DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 2, the shelter referenced as a whole is a telescopic low shelter. It includes five mobile roof modules M whose progressive dimensions define a trundle configuration. This mobility and configuration allow it to move from the deployed position illustrated by the drawing of Figure 1 where the pool (not shown) is covered by the shelter A to a folded position illustrated by the drawing of Figure 2 where the pool (not shown) is partly or totally discovered. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 3, the roof module M comprises a supporting structure 100 and one or more roofing panels 200. This supporting structure 100 comprises two sections or sets of transverse profiles 110 and 120 forming an arch below. basin and cross 130 bridging the two arches. Said bass bars 140 are positioned at the lower ends of said arches on either side of the basin and accommodates a lighting means. This roof module M accommodates at its peak a photovoltaic panel 150 for power supply of said lighting means. These low or extreme sleepers may be conventionally equipped with rollers (see FIG. 5) in order to facilitate the movement of the roof module M. As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 4 and 5, this bottom cross member 140 is preformed on its oriented face. to the outside and over its entire length, a groove 300 hosting along its length an elongated lighting means 400 consisting of a bar of LEDS (light emitting diodes). As illustrated, the depth of the groove 300 and the dimensions of the bar are defined to avoid any transverse projection likely to hinder the movement of the modules one inside the other. In addition, this groove 300 is preformed so as to orient the light beam downwards. The lighting of the bar 400 then allows to create on the ground, the light strip 410 shown in the drawings of Figures 3 and 4. This orientation is implemented by a groove adopting a U-shaped section whose plane bottom 310 is inclined. In addition, lateral internal projections 320 allow to retain the bar 400 in said U. Finally, the spacing of the legs of the U defines the width of the light band 410.
35According to a non-illustrated embodiment, a translucent cover closes said groove to protect the bar 400 disposed therein. (a drawing of the entire illuminating shelter would be useful if it corresponds to the envisaged embodiment, this drawing could also be used for the envisaged model protection) As illustrated in the drawing of the figure, the module of roof N belongs to a telescopic high shelter not shown. This roofing module N comprises a supporting structure 500 and one or more roof panels and / vertical walls 600. This supporting structure 500 comprises two sections or sets of transverse profiles 510 and 520 forming an arch above the basin and sleepers. 530 bracing the two arches 510 and 520. According to the invention, as illustrated in the drawings of Figures 7 and 8, the inner face (visible from the inside of the shelter) or the profiles forming the arch is preformed , over the entire length of the profile, a groove 700 in which is housed a linear lighting means (not shown). As illustrated, the groove 700 is preformed on all the profiles but the lighting means (not shown) can be installed on the upper profiles only. It is understood that the shelters that have just been described above and shown, have been for disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the above examples, without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, for example according to a non-illustrated embodiment, the lighting means can be arranged aligned in the groove. Similarly, according to another embodiment, the plurality of concave shapes can be aligned or follow the same curve and receive the one or more lighting means. 35
