Abstract

The device comprises an assembly of cutter blades interleaved with each other. The cutter blades (according to European-standardized size) perfectly fit into a shape of tray to quickly cut a food product placed in a gastro-standardized container. The cutter blades have low thicknesses, and are withdrawn one after the other. The device further comprises: a push rod allowing the extraction of the products remained hung between the cutter blades; and a base part for jointing the assembly and the push rod and allowing the food extraction by springs located between the base part and the push rod.
