Abstract

The plate has a frame arranged to maintain a post (10), and a fixing unit (5) allowing fixation of the frame on ground. A prevention unit (6) prevents assembly of the post in the frame when the frame is not fixed on the ground by the fixing unit. A fixing unit assembling or disassembling authorizing unit (8) authorizes assembly or disassembling of the fixing unit such that the post is completely disassembled from the frame. The preventing unit and the authorizing unit are carried out by a single part and arranged to be inaccessible by users.

Description

- 1 - La présente invention concerne une embase à fixer au sol pour poteau de volleyball. Ces embases ont été conçues pour des salles de sport en étage où la pose de fourreaux qui mesurent généralement 50cm de long est impossible. Dans certains cas de rénovation ou dans des constructions de salles de sport neuves il est aussi plus intéressant et moins coûteux de poser un ancrage ayant qu'une dizaine de centimètres de longueur à la place d'un fourreau. Par contre les embases connues présentent des inconvénients majeurs. Le plus grand inconvénient est lorsque l'embase n'est plus fixée au sol alors le risque que le poteau de volleyball tombe est permanent. Certains fabricants n'ont pas hésité à réaliser des embases lestées solidaires des poteaux et munies de roulettes de déplacement pour palier à ce danger, ce qui rend le produit plus lourd donc plus coûteux et cela ne supprime pas le fait que le poteau de volleyball risque de tomber et engendrer des dommages corporels sur une personne ou la casse de certains éléments du poteau de volleyball ou du gynmase. L'objet de l'invention a pour but de supprimer tous ces inconvénients. La présente invention concerne une embase à fixer au sol pour poteau de volleyball, la dite embase, comportant un châssis configuré pour maintenir ledit poteau et un moyen de fixation permettant de fixer ledit châssis au sol caractérisé en ce que l'embase comporte un moyen qui empêche l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball dans le châssis si ce dernier n'est pas fixée au sol par le moyen de fixation et un moyen qui autorise le montage ou le démontage du moyen de fixation que si le poteau de volleyball est totalement désassemblé du châssis. Aussi le moyen qui empêche l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball dans ledit châssis et le moyen qui autorise le montage démontage du moyen de fixation sont réalisés par une seule pièce. De plus le moyen qui empêche l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball dans ledit châssis et le moyen qui autorise le montage ou le démontage du moyen de fixation sont agencés de manière à ne pas être accessibles par les utilisateurs.The present invention relates to a base to be fixed to the ground for volleyball pole. Ensuite on voit que le bas du poteau de volley (10) arrive en contact avec la partie inclinée (15) du moyen (8) et si on continue d'assembler le poteau de volleyball (10) le moyen (8) va rentrer à l'intérieur du renfort (3). La figure 3 montre une vue de côté en coupe de l'embase à fixer au sol pour poteau de volleyball (10) lorsqu'elle est fixée au sol et lorsque ledit poteau est complètement assemblé. En effet après - 3 - avoir assemblé complètement le poteau de volleyball (10) le moyen (8) a basculé et son extrémité (16) est en contact avec la partie (17) du moyen de fixation (5). Part contre si l'extrémité (16) du moyen (8) se positionne entre deux crans (19) du moyen de fixation (5) la partie (18) du moyen (8) étant dimensionnée en épaisseur pour être souple, cette dite partie (18) va fléchir et rester entre les deux crans (19). Donc si on essaye de dévisser le moyen de fixation (5) la partie (16) du moyen (8) va pénétrer dans un des crans (19) grasse à la partie (18) qui est souple et qui tend à reprendre sa forme initiale et cela condamne donc le desserrage du moyen de fixation (5). La figure 5 montre dans un mode de réalisation différent une vue de côté en coupe de l'embase à fixer au sol pour poteau de volleyball (10) lorsqu'elle n'est pas fixée au sol. Dans ce mode de réalisation on voit que le moyen (6) qui empêche l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball (10) avec le châssis de ladite embase et le moyen (8) qui autorise le montage ou le démontage du moyen de fixation (5) de l'embase sont réalisés par une seule pièce. En effet cette pièce (20) comporte à son extrémité haute une partie horizontale (21) et une partie inclinée (22) et cette dite pièce (20) est maintenue en position par le ressort de traction (23). On voit sur cette figure que l'embase n'est pas fixée au sol et que l'on ne peu pas assembler le poteau de volleyball (10) dans le tube (2) car la partie (21) dépasse à l'intérieur du tube (2). La figure 6 montre dans le même mode de réalisation que la figure 5 une vue de côté en coupe de l'embase à fixer au sol pour poteau de volleyball (10) lorsqu'elle est fixée au sol. De la même façon que sur la figure 2 on voit que après le serrage du moyen de fixation (5) la pièce (20) a basculé autour de son articulation (24) et que la partie (21) se trouve à l'intérieur du renfort (3) se qui permet l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball (10). La partie inclinée (22) a la même fonction que pour le mode de réalisation des figures 1, 2 et 3 cette dite partie inclinée (22) permet lors de l'assemblage du poteau de volleyball (10) de continué à faire basculer la pièce (20) à l'intérieur du renfort (3). Dans ces deux modes de réalisation on voit que les moyens (8,20) qui autorisent le montage ou le démontage du moyen de fixation (5) de l'embase forment une saillie à l'intérieur et en haut du tube - 4 - (2) ce qui oblige un désassemblage total du poteau de volleyball (10) par rapport au tube (2).
