Abstract

Procédé de réalisation d'un support de capteur (4) comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à utiliser un mélange de poudres comprenant ZrO , SiO et de la cordiérite selon un certain rapport de mélange , broyer et/ou homogénéiser le mélange de poudres pour avoir un mélange ayant une granulométrie maximale de 10 µm, former une ébauche crue avec le mélange de poudres, appliquer des structures électro-conductrices (9) sur l'ébauche crue et friter avec réaction, l'ébauche crue pour former un support de capteur (4) en céramique de silicate de zirconium/cordiérite, les structures électro-conductrices (9) étant fritées pour former un réseau métallique étanche aux gaz.
