Abstract

The gate (100) has posts implanted in a ground, and a leaf moving between a closing position and an opening position of a passage delimited between the posts. A covering porch (400) is designed to be placed above the posts. The porch is mounted on the post in an articulated manner so as to be moved between a covering position of the posts and a release position of a passage. Description

La présente invention se rapporte à un portail surmonté d'un porche de recouvrement. Un portail est utilisé, par exemple pour ceindre le terrain sur lequel a été construite une habitation. Il se compose, de manière connue, de deux poteaux supportant au moins un vantail monté à pivotement autour de gonds solidaires d'un poteau, de sorte à fermer le passage entre les poteaux ou au contraire dégager le passage pour permettre, par exemple, à un véhicule de pénétrer ou de sortir du terrain. Pour améliorer le confort des habitants, par exemple, pour ouvrir ou fermer le vantail par temps de pluie, ou encore pour apporter un cachet supplémentaire à l'habitation, il peut être intéressant de recouvrir le portail d'un porche. Celui-ci prend appui sur les deux poteaux et sa structure, qui peut prendre la forme d'une toiture légère, s'étend de part en part des poteaux pour recouvrir les vantaux. La hauteur entre le sol et le porche est en principe calculée pour permettre le passage de véhicules automobiles conventionnels, c'est-à-dire des véhicules de tourisme. Lorsque l'on souhaite amener un camion, tel un camion de déménagement sur le terrain, cela s'avère bien souvent impossible. Il faut alors porter le mobilier depuis le camion situé à l'extérieur jusque dans la demeure ou inversement. Pareillement, un camping-car doit demeurer stationné à l'extérieur du terrain, alors qu'il serait plus en sécurité sur le terrain ou occupe plusieurs places de parking rendues indisponibles. Le demandeur a ainsi pensé une solution pour qu'un portail recouvert d'un porche puisse quand même laisser passer des véhicules de relativement grande hauteur. A cet effet, est proposé un portail comprenant des poteaux destinés à être implantés dans le sol, au moins un vantail mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture d'au moins un passage délimité entre les poteaux, un porche de recouvrement conçu pour être disposé au-dessus des poteaux ; selon l'invention, le porche est monté de manière articulée sur un poteau, de sorte à pouvoir être déplacé entre une position de recouvrement des poteaux et une position de dégagement du (des) passage(s). Cette faculté de pouvoir déplacer le porche pour le dégager de dessus des poteaux autorise le passage de véhicules de grande hauteur au travers du portail, tel qu'un camion, un camping-car.The present invention relates to a portal surmounted by a covering porch.
