Abstract

The collector i.e. ash tray, has a container that comprises a widened form extending between a closed base and widened in a direction of an opening inside an elastically deformable perimeter. The container is equipped with a closing unit for closing of the opening. A folding flap (51) extends to leave the perimeter and presents a passage opening (8) for a waste. Another folding flap (41) extends from the perimeter and faces the former flap, where the latter flap is ready to cover the passage opening.

Plusieurs techniques de cendriers jetables ont été proposées par l'art antérieur. On connaît notamment les cendriers jetables du type de ceux décrits par les documents de brevet publiés sous les numéros FR-2 122 706 et FR-2 603 556. Ces cendriers sont réalisés à partir d'un flan pliable et prennent la forme d'un conteneur de forme pseudo-pyramidale délimitant un volume fermé. Les conteneurs ainsi obtenus présentent ainsi une base destinée à être posée à même le sol ou sur un autre support. L'inconvénient de ces cendriers est que, lorsqu'ils sont utilisés sur des plages constituant des lieux fréquemment exposés au vent, les cendriers jetables, par nature légers, peuvent s'envoler. Il est bien entendu désagréable pour l'utilisateur de devoir « courir » après son cendrier. Il en résulte que dans certains cas le cendrier est abandonné, constituant un objet nuisant à la propreté du lieu, ce qui est contraire à l'objectif recherché.
