Abstract

Claims (5)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Support de composant radiofréquence comprenant, sous une première couche isolante (33), une deuxième couche isolante (35) traversée par des nanofils (36) en un matériau électriquement conducteur et non magnétique reliés à un plan conducteur (37) parallèle au plan des couches.
- 2. Ligne de propagation radiofréquence comprenant un ruban conducteur (31) formé sur la première couche isolante (33) du support selon la revendication 1.
- 3. Ligne de propagation selon la revendication 2, dans 10 laquelle les nanofils (36) sont formés dans une couche de céramique (35) formée sur un plan conducteur (37).
- 4. Ligne de propagation selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle la couche de céramique est une couche d'alumine.
- 5. Ligne de propagation selon l'un quelconque des 15 revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle les nanofils ont une longueur de 1 pm à 1 mm, un diamètre de 30 à 200 nm et un espacement de 60 à 450 nm.
