Abstract

The support (1) has a central opening (5) through which a rapid charging plug is intended to extend from interior of a case toward outer side of a vehicle. Pre-maintenance units i.e. pins (9, 10), of the plug are carried out by folding up a part of the support, and ensure temporary maintenance of the plug positioned at level of the opening before solidarisation of the plug with the support. The opening presents a keying unit carried out by a cutout (7) leveled with a lower internal side (6) of the opening, where shape of the side coincides with shape of a cooperating part of the plug.

SUPPORT DE PRISE DE CHARGE RAPIDE POUR VEHICULE ELECTRIQUE, NOTAMMENT AUTOMOBILE. FAST CHARGING SUPPORT FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE, ESPECIALLY A MOTOR VEHICLE.

L'invention concerne principalement un support de prise de charge rapide pour véhicule électrique. L'invention concerne également un véhicule électrique, et plus particulièrement un véhicule automobile, comportant au moins un tel support. Dans les véhicules de type électrique, une prise de charge rapide est un lo élément accessible à l'utilisateur par lequel la recharge électrique du véhicule est effectuée. La face avant de la prise de charge rapide comporte un évidement adapté pour réaliser la recharge électrique du véhicule, tandis que la partie arrière de la prise de charge rapide comporte des faisceaux électriques qui s'étendent jusqu'à 15 l'avant du véhicule au niveau duquel ils sont réacheminés vers la batterie. Lorsque la prise de charge rapide n'est pas spécifiquement adaptée à la zone dans laquelle elle est destinée à être logée, il est nécessaire d'utiliser un support de prise de charge rapide par l'intermédiaire duquel la prise de charge rapide est solidarisée à la caisse. C'est notamment le cas lorsqu'une trappe à 20 carburant est adaptée pour recevoir une prise de charge rapide. Le support de prise de charge rapide de l'invention peut également comporter les caractéristiques optionnelles suivantes considérées isolément ou selon toutes les combinaisons techniques possibles : - le support comporte au moins une ouverture latérale reliée à l'ouverture principale et par laquelle la prise de charge rapide est apte à être introduite par glissement pour assurer son positionnement au niveau de l'ouverture principale du dit support. - les moyens de pré-maintien comportent au moins un ergot réalisé par repliement d'une bande du support de prise de charge rapide, lequel repliement est dirigé vers l'ouverture centrale. - le support comporte un ergot situé au niveau du bord inférieur du dit 25 support. - le support comporte un ergot situé au niveau du bord latéral opposé à l'ouverture latérale. - le repliement d'une bande du support de prise de charge rapide constituant un ergot présente la forme d'un U dont les branches principales opposées 30 présentent une largeur sensiblement supérieure à l'épaisseur de la partie du support de prise de charge rapide destinée à venir en prise au niveau du dit ergot. - les angles opposés situés de part et d'autre de l'ouverture latérale présentent des bords tombés destinés à être dirigés vers l'intérieur de la caisse. - l'ouverture centrale présente des moyens de détrompage réalisés par une découpe au niveau d'un bord interne de l'ouverture centrale dont la forme coïncide avec la forme d'une partie coopérant de la prise de charge rapide. - le support comporte une pluralité d'orifices traversant destinés à recevoir des vis de fixation de la prise de charge rapide au support de prise de charge rapide.
