DEVICE FOR IMMOBILIZING A EQUIPMENT ON A SUPPORT, AND ATTACHMENT SUPPORT (S) ASSOCIATED The invention relates to the securing of equipment to supports. In some areas, such as vehicles, possibly of automobile type, equipment, such as batteries, are installed on a support, possibly with the interposition of a collector. This equipment, especially when it comes to batteries, are frequently secured to their supports by means of a flange or an optionally elastic strap and passing over (and against) their upper face, or, d on the one hand, a metal flange (possibly made of sheet metal and sometimes in the form of a frame) which surrounds part of their upper face, and on the other hand, at least one screw. This type of fastening is hardly usable when it is desired to implant an element, such as for example a fuse box or an electronic computer, on the upper face of the battery. It has also been proposed, in particular in patent documents EP 0508248 and EP1069632, to conform the battery support so as to define at its periphery at least one clip intended to rest on an upper part of the heel of the battery in order to immobilize the latter with respect to said support. This solution makes more complex the realization of the battery support. In addition, when a clip breaks, we are forced to change the media, which is expensive for the user of the battery. The object of the invention is therefore to propose an alternative solution which does not have all or some of the aforementioned drawbacks. It proposes in particular for this purpose a device, intended to immobilize an equipment (possibly a battery) relative to a support, and comprising: - a lower wall provided on a lower face of a housing, adapted to house a lower portion of a housing; an edge of an opening defined in a side wall of the equipment support, and a front portion arranged to abut a heel of the equipment, and - an upper wall coupled to its bottom wall and provided on an upper face with a fixing lug which is arranged to cooperate with the side wall of the equipment support to retain an upper part of the device relative to this side wall and thus to immobilize the equipment in relation to its support. The immobilizing device according to the invention may comprise other features that can be taken separately or in combination, and in particular: each fixing lug may be arranged to cooperate with an upper part of the edge of the opening of the side wall of the equipment support; alternatively, each bracket may be arranged to cooperate with an upper edge of the sidewall of the equipment support; each fixing lug may be arranged to be rotatable with respect to its upper wall, in view of its cooperation with the side wall of the equipment support and its release from this side wall of the support of the equipment ; Each fastening tab may be arranged to be clippable on the side wall of the equipment support; it may comprise a locking means capable of being placed on a fixing lug at a chosen place and arranged in such a way as to prevent the rotation drive of this fastening tab with respect to its upper wall when it co-operates with the side wall of the equipment support. The invention also proposes an accessory support (s) comprising a lateral wall provided on an outer face with at least one immobilization device of the type presented above and intended to be secured to an opening defined in FIG. a side wall of an equipment support. The accessory support (s) according to the invention may comprise other characteristics that can be taken separately or in combination, and in particular: its side wall may be provided on its outer face with two immobilization devices placed thereon; one next to the other at the same level and intended to be secured to two openings defined in the side wall of the equipment support, one next to the other at the same level; its side wall may be provided with a through hole adapted to allow the passage of a screw for securing complementary to this side wall to the side wall of the equipment support; lo - it can be designed to support an electronic calculator. The invention is particularly well suited, although not limited to battery type equipment. Moreover, the invention is particularly well suited, although not exclusively, to vehicles, possibly of the automotive type. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent upon consideration of the following detailed description, and the accompanying drawings (obtained in CAD / DAO), in which: FIG. 1 schematically illustrates, in sectional view transverse, a first example of immobilizer according to the invention 20 secured to a support for immobilizing a battery with respect to this support, Figure 2 schematically illustrates, in a perspective view (rear side), a first As an example of an immobilizer according to the invention before it is secured to a battery support, FIG. 3 schematically illustrates, in a perspective view (front side), the immobilizing device of FIG. FIG. 4 illustrates schematically, in a cross-sectional view, a second exemplary immobilizer according to the invention forming part of a battery support (but in the absence of a battery). accessory support (s) and secured to a support for immobilizing a battery relative to this support, and Figure 5 schematically illustrates, in a perspective view (rear side), two second examples of immobilizer according to the invention secured to a battery holder (but in the absence of battery). The accompanying drawings may not only serve to complete the invention, but may also contribute to its definition, if appropriate. The invention aims to provide, in particular, a device (D) for immobilizing an equipment (BA) relative to an equipment support (SB). In the following, we consider, by way of non-limiting example, that the equipment (BA) is a battery (BA). But, the invention is not limited to this type of equipment. It concerns indeed any type of equipment intended to be supported by an equipment support and to be immobilized with respect to the latter. Furthermore, it is considered in the following, by way of non-limiting example, that the battery (BA) is part of a motor vehicle, such as for example a car. But, the invention is not limited to this application. In what follows, the words "low", "high", "lower" and "higher" must be understood with respect to the vertical direction Z of the location of the battery holder (SB). Reference is first made to FIGS. 1 to 3 to describe an immobilizer D according to the invention. As illustrated, this device (immobilization) D is intended to immobilize a BA equipment (here a battery) with respect to an equipment support SB (here a battery holder), possibly with the interposition of a BC collection bin . The collection bin BC is intended to collect the acids that may be lost by the battery BA. It can be made of plastic or synthetic material, for example. The battery holder SB comprises a bottom wall intended to support at least one battery BA (here with the interposition of the collector tank 30 BC). But, she could bear several (at least two). This bottom wall is extended at about 90 ° upward (more or less 101 by PLI side walls) At least one of its side walls PLI comprises in at least one selected location an opening OS which is delimited by an edge BO and adapted to the shape of an immobilizing device D. The battery holder SB may be made of plastic or synthetic material or of metal.A device D, according to the invention, comprises a lower wall PI and a wall higher PS which are coupled to each other, for example by an intermediate wall (or connecting) PM (possibly inclined) and / or by side walls PL (preferably substantially vertical), as illustrated without limitation. the non-limiting example illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, the device D has, in a cross-sectional view, a general shape of triangle (here substantially rectangular) .The lower wall PI is provided on a lower face (pointing downwards) of a housing R which is intended to house a lower part of the edge BO of an opening OS which has been defined in a side wall PLI of the support SB to accommodate a device D. This housing R can, as illustrated in non-limiting manner in FIG. 1, be in the form of a groove. But, this is not mandatory. It can indeed be envisaged, as shown in non-limiting manner in FIGS. 2 to 5, that it is in the form of a simple recess. Note that an intermediate wall (or connecting) PM inclined 20 facilitates the introduction of the device D through the corresponding opening OS. Furthermore, this lower wall PI is provided with a front portion PV intended to be oriented towards the battery BA and arranged to rest on the heel TB of the battery BA, which is defined in the lower part of the latter (BA). In the nonlimiting example illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the heel TB of the battery BA is beveled (or inclined) with respect to the vertical direction, and therefore the front portion PV of the lower wall PI is also beveled ( or inclined) relative to the vertical direction so as to be able to substantially press the battery BA against the bottom wall of the battery holder SB (or the collector tray BC). But this beveled shape is not mandatory. One could indeed provide a substantially parallelepipedal recess in place of the bevel. In general, the shape of the front portion PV of the lower wall PI is adapted to that of the heel TB.
In the nonlimiting example illustrated, the front portion PV of the lower wall PI is of substantially rectangular shape. But, this is not mandatory. The upper wall PS of the device D is provided on an upper face (here facing upwards) of a fixing lug PF which is arranged to cooperate with the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB. This cooperation is intended to retain an upper part of the device D with respect to this side wall PLI of the battery holder SB and thus allow the immobilization of the battery BA with respect to the battery holder SB. It will be understood that once the lower part of the edge BO of an opening OS is housed in a housing R of the device D and that at the same time the upper part of the device D is retained with respect to the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB which comprises this aperture OS, the device D can no longer be separated from this side wall PLI and thus the battery BA is found tightly immobilized on the battery holder SB because its heel TB is substantially plated by the front portion PV of the lower wall PI of the device D. For example, and as illustrated nonlimitingly in FIGS. 1 to 3, the fixing lug PF may be arranged to cooperate with an upper part of the upper edge BO ( of the opening OS of the side wall PLI battery holder SB) whose lower part is housed at least partially in the housing L of the lower wall PI of the device D. But, cel a is not mandatory. Indeed, in a variant illustrated in non-limiting manner in FIGS. 4 and 5, the fixing lug PF may be arranged in such a way as to cooperate not with the upper part of the edge BO of an opening OS but with an edge BO 'of the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB in which this opening OS is defined. This variant is intended in particular to increase the spacing between the two support points of the device D on the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB. This makes it possible to reduce the overhang that may exist when the device D is secured to an accessory support (s) SE, as illustrated. Such an accessory support (s) SE can for example be arranged to support an electronic computer and / or a fuse box (possibly of type BPGA (Box Protection and Management of Power Supplies) or BSDB (Box Service) Departure Battery)) and / or an air filter.
Ce dernier (MB) est destiné à être placé sur la patte de fixation PF en un endroit 30 choisi et agencé de manière à empêcher l'entraînement en rotation de la patte de fixation PF par rapport à la paroi supérieure PS lorsqu'elle (PF) coopère avec la paroi latérale PLI du support de batterie SB pour retenir son dispositif D. It will be noted that in the variant illustrated, not limitatively, in FIGS. 4 and 5, the accessory support (s) SE comprises two devices D placed one beside the other at the same level and intended to be secured to two OS openings that are defined in the same PLI side wall of the battery holder SB, one next to the other at the same level. This makes it possible to reinforce the attachment of an accessory support (s) SE on a battery holder SB. But, the accessory support (s) SE could include only one device D, or more than two (preferably placed in opposition to the width of the battery). It will also be noted that in the variant shown in non-limiting manner in FIGS. 4 and 5, each device D forms an integral part of the accessory support (s) SE, which is for example made by molding in a plastic or synthetic material. But, this is not mandatory. Indeed, each device D could be attached to the (and secured to) support accessory (s) SE by any means known to those skilled in the art (for example 20 by screwing or gluing (possibly heat sealing) or riveting or even by clipping, possibly in several points (for example two or three)). It will also be noted that an accessory support (s) SE may optionally be equipped with at least one device D of the types of those illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, instead of the devices D illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5. It will also be noted, although it does not appear in FIGS. 4 and 5, that the side wall PL2 of an accessory support (s) SE may optionally be provided with a through hole suitable for allowing the passage of 'a screw. The latter is then intended to be screwed into a threaded hole of the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB, or to pass through another through hole defined in the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB in order to be secured to a nut, to ensure complementary attachment of this side wall PL2 to the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the fixing lug PF of a device D can be arranged to be able to be driven (slightly) in rotation with respect to the upper wall PS of said device D. Such a rotational drive is intended to facilitate the passage at a BO or BO 'edge of the PV portion which is dedicated to the retention at the end of a fixing lug PF, both during a phase of attachment to a side wall PLI SB battery support that during a phase of separation (or disengagement) of a side wall PLI battery holder SB. This portion PV, which is dedicated to the retainer at the end of a bracket PF, may for example define a clipping element allowing the upper part of its device D to be clipped onto a BO edge. opening OS or an upper edge BO 'side wall PLI. Note that to further facilitate the above passage, the PV portion, which is dedicated to the retention at the end of a bracket PF, may for example, as illustrated, be beveled on its face which is oriented towards the BO or BO 'edge with which it must cooperate (to ensure the retention of its device D). It will also be noted, as illustrated in non-limiting manner in FIG. 2, that the device D may comprise two transverse wings PLS, for example extending perpendicularly its lateral walls PL connecting its lower walls PI, upper PS and intermediate PM. These two transverse wings PLS are intended to prohibit the device D to penetrate beyond a certain distance inside the battery holder SB. It will be understood that once they (PLS) are in contact with the outer face of a side wall PLI of a battery holder BA they constitute stoppers. Moreover, and as illustrated without limitation in FIGS. 1 and 2, the device D may optionally comprise a locking means MB. The latter (MB) is intended to be placed on the fixing lug PF at a chosen location and arranged so as to prevent rotation of the fixing lug PF with respect to the upper wall PS when (PF ) cooperates with the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB to retain its device D.
Such blocking means MB may for example be in the form of a generally U-shaped element, and therefore comprising first and second walls substantially parallel and coupled together by a connecting wall so as to define a central recess. whose width is substantially equal, by a value greater than the thickness of the rear part of the fixing lug PF (opposite to the portion PV which is dedicated to the restraint). The first wall is intended to be placed above the upper face (facing upwards) of the rear part of the fixing lug PF, while the second wall is intended to be placed below the lower face (oriented downwards) of the rear part of this same fixing lug PF and partially housed in an opening OV (defined between the upper face of the upper wall PS of the device D and the lower face of the rear part of the fixing lug PF ). It will be understood that once the locking means MB has been fixed on the rear part of the fixing lug PF (with its second wall accommodated in the opening OV), this fixing lug PF can no longer be driven in rotation and therefore it can no longer be disengaged from the BO or BO 'edge with which it cooperates. Note that the blocking means MB can also serve to confirm the correct positioning of the device D relative to a battery holder SB, and thus confirm the "neutralization" (or correct immobilization) of the battery BA on its battery support SB. It will also be noted that the possible lateral walls PL of the device D, which connect its lower walls PI, upper PS and intermediate 25 PM, and which are substantially perpendicular to its possible transverse wings PLS, can serve as indexing means in translation. It should also be noted that when only one device D is used, the battery holder SB must comprise a shaped part, on the opposite side to its opening OS, so as to immobilize the battery BA in opposition with respect to said battery. device D, as shown in Figure 4. It will also be noted that the device D immobilizes the battery BA on its battery holder SB (or on the collection bin BC) in two perpendicular directions of the space. The following immobilization in the third direction of space, perpendicular to the other two, is then ensured by the conformation of the battery holder SB and / or the collection bin BC, for example by means of indexing pins intended to block a translation.
The installation of a device D on a battery holder SB is done consecutively with the placement of the battery BA on this battery holder SB, possibly with the interposition of a collection tray BC. This installation begins with the housing of the lower part of the edge BO, an opening OS defined in a side wall PLI of the battery holder SB, in a housing R of the lower wall PI of the device D. Then, it continues by rotating the device D with respect to the side wall PLI of the battery holder SB until its fixing lug PF passes beyond this side wall PLI (via the opening OS (in the case of FIGS. 1 to 3)) so as to cooperate with an edge BO or BO 'of said side wall PLI to retain the upper part of its device D. Then the possible locking means MB can be placed on the rear part of the leg fixing PF to prohibit any rotational drive of this bracket PF (and thus lock the device D in a securing position).
In order to separate the device D from the side wall PLI of a battery holder SB, the aforementioned operations are carried out in reverse order. Note that a device D can be made of plastic or synthetic material or metal. It will also be noted that since a device D is secured to a side wall of a battery support, the upper face of the battery is completely disengaged and can therefore be used for fixing an element, such as a fuse box. It will also be noted that a device D facilitates the work of a technician because it does not require specific tools and / or additional parts. The invention is not limited to the embodiments of immobilizer and accessory support (s) described above, only by way of example, but it encompasses all the variants that may consider Ii the man of the art in the context of the claims below.
