Abstract

The device has a lower part including a wedge (1) with a heel (3) presenting a transverse cavity (2), and two bases made of rubber. Shoes are leveled with the heel and appeal of foot (4), respectively. An upper part of a sandal includes a clean sole (5) on which an assembly of foot and two distinct flexible thin straps (6, 7) rests. The thin straps are used as bond between the sandal and the foot by immobilizing a big toe and by engaging the foot accurately for two times while passing through the cavity to make a desired configuration.

Description

The present invention relates to an open sandal device for defining or redefining the configuration at leisure, by a simple set of flexible links. The traditional sandal is composed essentially - and among other parts - of a sole in contact with the ground and an open shank in which is inserted the foot; the two elements used to protect and / or dress the latter. The stem which constitutes the upper part of the shoe defines the model by its shape, its implementation; but remains fixed, does not change at will and therefore does not adapt to the foot but allows the foot to adapt. The present device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises in fact according to a first characteristic a compensated sole including the heel - the lower part of the sandal - having a transverse cavity located at about 1 centimeter and a half below the heel of the user and a variable length of approximately 6 centimeters and two rubber pads respectively at the heel and foot support intended to be in contact with the ground, to promote walking comfort and to protect the entire bottom of the sandal. The upper part of the sandal is, it consists of a sole said first cleanliness on which will come to rest the whole of the foot; and two separate flexible straps. The latter, each firmly attached to the front of the sole of the sandal pass through the inseam and will be used as a link between said sandal and the foot; at first by immobilizing the big toe and passing on the instep; then in a second time passing through the transverse cavity of the heel to finally come to knot the foot following a configuration of his choice. There are at least three possible and achievable combinations of use of the straps that by a set of flexible links wish to maintain the foot by marrying faithfully.

According to particular embodiments: - the lower part of the sandal and in particular that intended to support the heel of the user is reinforced by a piece of metal called shank and / or any other method to stiffen and strengthen the surface directly located above the transverse cavity of the heel.

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents the device of the invention. With reference to this drawing, the device comprises a compensated sole (1) including the heel - the lower part of the sandal - having a transverse cavity (2); - 2 - two rubber pads respectively at the heel (3) and the call of the foot (4) intended to be in contact with the ground, to promote the comfort of walking and to protect the entire part bottom of the sandal. The upper part is constituted by a sole called first cleanliness (5) on which will come to rest the whole of the foot; and two separate flexible strips (6) and (7). FIG. 2 represents an exemplary embodiment of the device of the invention. For example, the strips will have a length and a width respectively of 80 and 3 centimeters. NB: As an indication, the heel is a height of around 11 centimeters.

Furthermore, and concerning the upper part of the sandal, the straps may be made of fabric and / or in a thin skin that combines the properties of the fabric while maintaining its intrinsic specificities. Regarding the lower part of the sandal, it may be made of a material-such as cork or other composite materials-strong enough to support the weight of the user; and flexible enough to grant him the comfort necessary for walking.
