  3. The sandal according to claim 2, characterised in that said locking means comprise means of friction for said securing means on said first strap.
  4. The sandal according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that said first and/or said second strap is formed of a braid.
  5. The sandal according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that said second strap is split into two substantially parallel strands secured to said securing means.
  6. The sandal according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it comprises two of said second straps disposed substantially symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of said sole, one being integral with the left lateral strand, and the other integral with the right lateral strand of said first strap.
  7. The sandal according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it comprises two of said second straps, integral with the lateral strand of said first strap.
  8. The sandal according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it comprises a third strap, one end of which has means for securing with a substantially medial portion of said strap, slidably mounted on said second strap.
  9. The sandal according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised In that said first strap is formed of two strap portions, and in that one of said strap portions has at least one notch and the other of said strap portions carries a buckle provided with a pin intended to be inserted into said notch.
