Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant l'évacuation rapide et en sécurité des personnes se trouvant dans un bâtiment de faible à moyenne hauteur dans l'éventualité d'un incendie ou d'un danger avec les sorties de secours non s empruntables. En cas d'incendie dans les étages inférieurs, les cages d'ascenseurs et escaliers sont le plus souvent bloqués. L'évacuation des personnes est alors réalisée par le personnel spécialisé des forces de secours, pompiers, sécurité civile. Le danger provient du délai lo d'intervention des secours, somme du temps d'alerte, temps de parcours des casernes des forces de secours jusqu'au lieu du sinistre, temps de mise en place des dispositifs d'extractions. Ce délai est souvent rallongé par la circulation dense en milieu urbain, des accès embouteillés ou bloqués, des voies périphériques trop exigües. 15 Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ce danger. Les personnes bloquées peuvent actionnées elles-mêmes le dispositif Intégré au cadre des fenêtres ou aux façades leurs rendant possible la descente et l'évacuation des lieux. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le coffret aura des dimensions de 15 l'ordre de 1 m de large par 25cm de profondeur eu 25cm de hauteur. La largeur du capot aura des dimensions de l'ordre de 60cm de large, ainsi que l'échelle à câble et le châssis de largeur légèrement inférieur. La longueur de l'échelle dépliée sera la longueur nécessaire à atteindre le sol ou le dispositif inférieur. 20 Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux immeubles de faible à moyenne hauteur, en construction ou rénovation complète.
