Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the manufacture of a manual tool absorber and dryer for containers and more particularly for food containers of goby shape, narrow neck better known as carafe or decanter. To grasp the scope of the invention, it seems useful to recall the definition of a carafe. It is a glass or crystal table-top container, suitable for serving strong alcohols, fine wines (wine carafe), water (carafe of water), or gentian (gentian carafe) , for example. A carafe or decanter is characterized by a bulging body surmounted by a long narrow neck 10 for gripping. It can be closed by a stopper generally of the same material as the carafe. Bottle-nosed flared carafes are also used for serving table water. A small carafe of this type is called a carafon. The use of a carafe is indicated for decanting a wine which has deposits in the bottom of the bottle and facilitate the aeration of the wine, favorable to the development of airy aromas and the relaxation of the tannins. The use of a decanter in the professional environment requires a know-how in maintenance. We will retain several factors: a perfect cleanliness of the decanter of a visual point, pledge of quality and enhancement of content, an irreproachable washing to satisfy the sanitary point of view and avoid microbial contamination damaging both the product content that 'to the human body. The prior art shows that in most cases the carafes are washed with hot water with a saponaceous agent and then rinsed with clear water. Because of its particular shape, it is difficult to remove from the carafe rinsing water residues plated on the walls and collected on the bottom.
Experience in this field shows that there are not thirty-six ways to properly dry the interior of a carafe that has just been rinsed. A first method is to spread a cloth on a flat place to rest the decanter upside down on its neck. The residual water will flow by gravity. However, if you look closely, you will notice mottling caused by the drained flow channels. These mottles will be more visible in case of bad rinsing or following a significant use of soap or detergent. This method has its limits because the drying time is relatively long, the carafe is unstable, a good storage surface is required and the result is poor visually. Still another method is to torch the carafe by means of a glass towel. This method does not entail a full membership, because it has many disadvantages. First of all it is not easy to introduce a tea towel through the neck of the carafe at the risk of causing a chipping. Even when a majority of the surface of the cloth reaches the flared or belly part, the hand will not have enough grip and strength to create a vortex for effective drying. The use of a partially wet or water saturated wiper would result in residual streaks, not to mention the risk of bursting or cracking when the wipe is pulled out of the neck. This method of drying requires good dexterity and a certain experience with an average result. On the other hand, the quality of the contents may be impaired by poor drying or the presence on the walls of detergents. Finally, the wiper cloth woven cloth (weft and warp), representing the drying tool is not ideal. His performances are quickly limited. The invention of a new manual tool absorber and dryer container thus finds its full application while eliminating the disadvantages described above. Therefore the invention aims to a substantial extent to overcome the current disadvantages and to bring new features of a manual utensil allowing the aborption and accelerated drying of a container and that 05 whatever its form and its design in general. The design, development and manufacture of a hand tool that can absorb and dry containers and its advantages will become more apparent in the description below, as well as the accompanying drawings which illustrate the present invention. Figure 1 shows schematically the hand tool according to the present invention. Figure 2 shows the absorbent fabric and dryer assistant temporary attachment device to the tool. Referring to Fig. 1: The hand absorber and dryer hand tool for containers (1) is constituted by a handle (2) which forms the grip part. For a good fit in the hand of a user, it will preferably be ergonomic. It is easy to imagine that the handle (2) can adopt variants as to its design, be provided with a perforation for hanging, aesthetics of varied surface, and differentiated coatings for support areas ( 3) - (4). It incorporates at one of its ends a mechanical device receiver by screwing or latching (5). In a concept of clarification and understanding, the bearing zones (3) - (4) can be formed by overthicknesses by the technique, for example overmoulding, flocking, etc. The neck can be declined monochrome or polychrome and receive additional decorations according to the current techniques that are pad printing, screen printing and laser techniques.
The handle of the main tool will be designed with mono materials or poly materials. The handle (2) is provided with a removable receiving rod (6). It will have the particularity of having flexibility, elasticity, flexibility or semi05 calculated rigidity. This flexibility may be present partially or over the entire length of said rod. This feature is essential in the proper operation of the instrument according to the invention. It will permit the introduction of the tool and the absorbent and drying part, increasing the rotational force by a centrifugal action. This will prevent early wrist fatigue by the user. In addition, the rod in its extension will have a curve determined at the factory or the integration of a multidirectional and angle variation mechanism (7) incorporating a locking and temporary locking closure. The curve given to the adjoining stem of a dryer fabric will optimize the absorption of the liquid by plating the fabric against the walls of the container in its widest part. The end of the rod opposite the handle incorporates a receiving device absorbent fabric and dryer (8). The mechanism (8) will have the following features: - a system by screwing or clips to connect to the dryer fabric to make the parts integral, with a possibility of complete rotation or in one direction. The stem, like the handle handle, will adopt various decorations of visual pleasure. If there should be a plurality of receiving rods, it may be possible to print a color code or a numerical or alphanumeric code for rapid identification of the tool to be used depending on the containers.
. With reference to FIG. 2: The wiper fabric (9) is composed of a non-woven micro-filament fabric. It has a hooking system (9a) for fixing in a non-definitive manner to the receiving mechanism (8) of the rod (6). The fabric (9) is a microfiber. Microfiber means a web consisting of micro-filaments or supermicro-filaments nonwoven from a monocomponent or a multicomponent-crossover. The microfiber nonwoven web which is best attuned to the desired characteristics corresponds to the manufacturing specification of French Patent No. FR9607659 which provides the principles of manufacture of the microfiber nonwoven web and the intrinsic properties thereof. As well as existing applications cited by the patent nos. DE19034442.6 and DE 19962360.0.The degrees of absorption and drying chosen with respect to the nature of the containers that may be encountered and previously mentioned will admit that the sheet 15 forming the The nonwoven absorbent and drying part has filaments having a titer of between 0.05dex and 11dex and a basis weight of between 4.5g / m2 and 650g / m2. The polymeric materials forming the elementary filaments and used in the composition of the microfiber nonwoven absorbent and drying element, without this list being limiting, are polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyurethane, polyethylene. To optimize the performance of said protection, it will be recommended to use a single or combined polymer according to a formulation determined beforehand in relation to the nature of the containers such as, for example, carafes. In order to satisfy subsidiary properties related to the microfiber nonwoven web, it may undergo calendering, structuring by a fluid bonding for example: hydraulic binding (HE), shearing, scraping, micro perforations. .
The multilayer structure made of microfibre nonwoven may consist of several plies having the same grammage / m2 or the same dTex.
However, a variant can also be defined by a combination of superpositions, juxtapositions, and the combination of several microfibre nonwoven webs with a different grammage / m2 and an identical dTex or vice versa. One can easily imagine the many possibilities to make more efficient said absorbent fabric and dryer.
Another preference in the composition of a multilayer structure is the assembly of a microfibre nonwoven web with a microfiber web. Enrichment actions such as coating, impregnation, embossing, coloring and printing are possible.
In addition, the fabric (9) can be made in one piece with variable geometric shapes. Alternatively, it will also be possible to make partial cuts and designs (eg fringes). Regardless of the model contemplated, the use of a microfibre nonwoven fabric allows for a relatively short wash and drying time of the absorption and drying fabric. The parts and characteristics of the absorber and dryer element may be wholly or partly manufactured according to the techniques and current knowledge of the transformation of monomeric or polymeric materials from the nonwovens industry.
15 20 25 In the near future it is easy to imagine that the tool (1) according to the invention adopts an electric battery and / or sector mechanism for rotating the fabric (9) and ejecting the holding system. The tool (1) can be made from materials such as ferrous or non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood species, composites ... When the tool (1) is produced from plastic, the techniques manufacturing 05 and those to come are: injection, thermoforming, rotational molding, molding, stamping, cutting .... The present invention also applies to all kinds of containers such as carafe, amphora, tank, can (container), jerry can, canteen, pan, tank, trunk, collector, container, tank, bowl, bowl (container), tank , vase, glass (container), laboratory glassware. It is understood that the invention is not limited to the fields of activity described above, as well as the substantial improvements that may ensue. 15 20 25
