Abstract

Une pale d'hélice, pouvant appartenir à une soufflante sans couverture par un carter extérieur, est composée de deux parties emmanchées l'une dans l'autre et en matériaux différents, en général composites, pour résister à des sollicitations différentes (échauffements venant du rotor ou impacts de corps solides). La portion interne (1) comprend un coeur de pale (2), un pied de pale (3) et éventuellement une garniture de mousse (4), et une préforme de la partie extérieure lui est assemblée en l'entourant étroitement avant d'être complètement formée en recevant sa résine, qui est mise en polymérisation. Le procédé garantit un bon assemblage des parties sans défaut de forme ni dommage ou déformation du tissu de fibres.
