Abstract

Une pale d'hélice en matière composite est fabriquée en joignant deux parties dont l'une est une préforme (6) dans laquelle la résine n'a pas encore été injectée et qui comprend donc seulement un tissu de fibres. Cette préforme est installée dans un outillage (10) de mise en position. La position est vérifiée par un dispositif tel qu'un laser (15) qui projette un canevas correspondant à certaines parties remarquables de la préforme, matérialisées par exemple par des fibres particulières (14) qu'on distingue visuellement des autres. La mise en position s'effectue en déplaçant la préforme pour que les fibres de repérage coïncident avec les traces (17) dessinées par le laser.
