Abstract
Description
Description of the Invention The present invention relates to a guiding device for the construction of angles and verticality of masonry walls made of agglo, concrete, bricks, stones, 5 boulders etc. The wall construction is always carried out on a concrete base in place (foundation or slab) on which one will have traced the implantation of the work to be carried out. One of the most delicate tasks in the construction of masonry walls is the construction of angles in order to achieve perfect verticality and alignment of each section of wall. Traditionally to achieve this task, the worker applies to the right of each corner of the work to be done, a bed of mortar on which he places an agglo that he carefully adjusts with the help of the plumb line to obtain a perfect verticality on the 2 outer faces of the agglo. After placing a block at each corner of the building, the operator fixes a cord on the outer side at the top of the corner bells to connect them together. This cord serves as a guide for the first row of agglos. For the following rows, he renews the operation with each row of agglo which it superimposes to the top of the construction. With the device of the proposed invention, the following procedure is carried out: After the tracing of the implantation of the walls, a vertical metal mat is placed at the right of each corner of the building with a floor height of about 3 meters on which one hangs the cord which gives the alignment of the rows of agglo. The stabilization of the mat at its base is ensured by the prior laying on the ground of a sa-25 metal bot angle (Fig C) equipped with a vertical sleeve on which comes to fit the lower part of the vertical mat. The high stabilization of the vertical mast is ensured by 2 force legs (Fig. B rep.4) which are fixed in the lower part on 2 secondary shoes (Fig D), placed on the ground and in the upper part on 2 metal brackets integral with the mast. The adjustment and final locking of the entire device is achieved by screw clamps secured to the brackets of the mat in the upper part and secondary shoes in the lower part. A vertical mat is placed outside each corner of the construction, it is sufficient to connect them with a cord to give the alignment and allow the installation of the agglos. In order to facilitate the laying of the cords, regular-spaced screw heads (approximately every 10 cm) have been placed over the entire height of one side of the mat to allow the cord to be locked at the desired tension.
The device according to the invention is an assistant for guiding the verticality of the walls, particularly intended for the building industry, for the construction of walls, bricks, boulder blocks, stones of all kinds and all thicknesses.
- Sur l'aile horizontale supérieure du cadre on aura soudé un fer plat vertical (Fig. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: Figure A represents the whole device seen in plan (Figure 1/10) Figure B shows the whole device seen from the front (Figure 1/125) Figure C represents the angle shoe seen in plan and seen in profile (Diagram 1/2) Figure D shows the secondary shoe seen in profile equipped with the serration system (Diagram 1/2). Figures A to D show a support device of the mason to obtain the verticality of the walls during the construction of the walls agglos, concrete, blocks, bricks, boulders, stones, etc. This device is characterized by laying at each angle of the work to be carried out, a vertical guide mat 1 (Fig B) maintained and stabilized by 5 independent parts connected together (Fig A). The device is characterized by a metallic mat 1 (Fig. B) of square section with a height of approximately 3 m, on which 2 brackets 1 a (Fig. B) offset by 10 cm, placed 2/3 of the height of the mat and placed a sleeve 1b (Fig. B) in extension 20 of the upper end of the mat to possibly receive a second mat for the upper floor. The device is characterized by the fixing on 2 brackets 1 a (Fig. B) of a screw clamp mounted on a vertical plate welded to the horizontal part of the square. The screw clamp is intended to block the strut 4 (Fig B) in the upper part. The device is characterized by fixing the entire height of a face of the vertical mat of a row of screws 1c (Fig. B) laid at regular intervals of about 10 cm. These screw heads are intended to block the guide cord 5 (Fig A) after tension thereof. The device is characterized by a metal angle shoe (FIG C) consisting of a flattened bracket (FIG C, rep.1) on which is welded in the axis of the angle a vertical sleeve 2 (FIG. Fig. C) which receives and locks the vertical corner mat. In order to stabilize the shoe, the 3 ends 3 (Fig. C) on which the loads are concentrated are fastened under the lower face to the three ends of the bracket, thus preventing the sliding of the shoe on the ground. The entire device is intended to precisely adjust and stabilize at its base the vertical corner mat. The device is characterized by 2 identical secondary shoes (Fig D) composed of the following elements: - 1 basic flat iron (Fig D, rep.1), section 15/60 length 50 cm with 2 bars 10/10/60 (Fig D ref.2) welded to the lower ends and resting on the ground. On one of the upper ends of the iron will be fixed a sleeve (Fig D) for receiving the vertical angle mat in the case of realization of obtuse or acute angles. - Perpendicularly on the flat iron, one comes to fix a frame 3 (Fig. D) of 17 cm X 17 cm in flat iron of 8/60. The vertical flange of this frame (opposite to the horizontal flat iron basic) will be extended in its upper part of 150 mm, and 25 mm in its lower part. - On the upper horizontal flange of the frame we will have welded a vertical flat iron (Fig.
