Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Ensemble d'au moins deux pièces mécaniques (1,2 ;13,17 ;14,18) métalliques destinées à être en contact glissant l'une vis-à-vis de l'autre, caractérisé en ce que seules les surfaces antagonistes en contact glissant desdites pièces sont revêtues d'un revêtement anti-usure (3,4), ledit revêtement étant à base de carbone amorphe.
- 2. Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le contact glissant est lubrifié par un lubrifiant comprenant du dithiocarbamate de molybdène et/ou l'un de ses dérivés.
- 3. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'une des pièces mécaniques est un arbre à cames (20,20'), seules les cames (13,13') étant revêtues du revêtement anti-usure (3,4).
- 4. Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les pièces mécaniques associées à l'arbre à cames sont des poussoirs (17,18) en contact glissant avec les cames (13,14) de l'arbre à came (20).
- 5. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pièces mécaniques associées appartiennent au groupe motopropulseur ou à la boîte de vitesse d'un véhicule, notamment d'un véhicule automobile, notamment choisies parmi les arbres à came (20,20') associés à des poussoirs (17,18), des pistons coulissant dans un cylindre.
- 6. Procédé de fabrication de l'ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une au moins des pièces (20) est monobloc et en ce qu'on dépose sélectivement le revêtement anti-usure sur la ou les surfaces (13) de ladite pièce destinée(s) à être en contact glissant avec l'une au moins autre pièce.
- 7. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'on masque les surfaces de la pièce à ne pas recouvrir de revêtement, puis on dépose le revêtement sous vide, puis on retire le ou les masques.
- 8. Procédé de fabrication de l'ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose le revêtement anti-usure (3,4) sur au moins un composant métallique, et en ce qu'on assemble ce ou ces composant(s) une fois revêtu(s) avec au moins un autre composant dépourvu de revêtement pour constituer une pièce mécanique.
- 9. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait un traitement de surface de la(des) zone(s) antagoniste(s) en contact glissant d'au moins une des pièces mécaniques, du type polissage, usinage, avant et/ou après dépôt du revêtement anti-usure.
