Abstract

Il s'agit d'une bougie (1) d'allumage destinée à équiper une chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, la bougie (1) présentant un axe longitudinal (X) et comprenant : - un corps (5) métallique présentant, vers une extrémité (6) longitudinale avant un culot (10), vers une extrémité (7) longitudinale arrière un bouchon (20), et entre eux une enveloppe (30) externe tubulaire assurant une fonction de blindage magnétique; - une électrode (40) formée dans un matériau conducteur et s'étendant le long de l'axe longitudinal (X), ladite électrode (40) présentant une première extrémité (42) libre ; - une bobine (50) reliée électriquement à l'électrode (40) ; - un isolateur (60) en un matériau diélectrique comprenant une paroi (61) externe et une partie (63) creuse présentant une paroi (62) interne. L'isolateur (60) s'étend longitudinalement depuis le bouchon (20) jusqu'au voisinage de l'extrémité (42) libre de l'électrode (40). La bobine (50) est fixée sur la paroi (62) interne de la partie (63) creuse.
