L'invention concerne un kit de montage d'une gamme d'appuis tête de siège de véhicule automobile, ledit kit comprenant : . une structure (1) de liaison au dossier dudit siège, . un boitier (2) destiné à être monté en coulissement vertical sur ladite structure, ledit boitier étant pourvu d'un dispositif de blocage (3) réversible en coulissement, . un premier coussin (6) d'appui destiné à être monté sur ledit boitier en vue de réaliser un premier modèle (7) d'appui tête, . un deuxième coussin (8) d'appui, . un système de réglage (9) de la position longitudinale de coussin destiné à être monté entre ledit boitier et ledit deuxième coussin en vue de réaliser un deuxième modèle (10) d'appui tête.
