Abstract
Description
OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a non-skid plate. The technical field of the invention is, in a general way, that of the agents interventions on slippery metal surfaces. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is common, in workshops manufacturing industrial parts, especially in the field of aeronautics, that stakeholders have to evolve on metal surfaces may be slippery, for example trays of machines, machine frames, palletizers ... The risk of slipping is important, and accidents, sometimes serious, have been observed. The solutions proposed to date to avoid such slips are not satisfactory. They are limited indeed: - either trying to clean the best smooth surfaces by wiping them at best, but, the bottom of the shoes remaining fat, the risk of slipping persists; - to broadcast instructions to operators not to set foot on certain previously determined surfaces; but these instructions are not always respected; - Or yet to fix slip plates, by means of rivets, on slippery surfaces, but the installation of such plates is not immediate, and does not correspond to a specific use that would be preferable. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention offers a solution to the problem that has just been described, by proposing a device that makes it possible to evolve on metallic surfaces that can be slippery. For this purpose, it is proposed in the invention the realization of magnetic slip plates to be positioned removably on magnetic surfaces where a speaker is likely to evolve. The present invention therefore essentially relates to a skid plate characterized in that it comprises: a first face having at least one magnetic part; - A second face having at least one abrasive portion bonded to the first face. In addition to the main features which have just been mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the magnetic non-slip plate may have one or more additional characteristics among the following, taken individually or according to the technically possible combinations: the abrasive part consists of spaced abrasive strips between them by a non-abrasive part: the abrasive part is bonded to the first face by means of a double-sided adhesive; the first face has a thickness of between 0.3 millimeters and 2.5 millimeters, in particular 0.4 millimeters or 1 millimeter; the abrasive part has a grain of between 60 and 120, in particular of grain type 80; - the plate is deformable; the plate is of substantially rectangular shape; - the plate has a length of 30 centimeters, to the nearest ten per cent, and a width of 20 centimeters, to the nearest ten per cent.
DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE D'AU MOINS UN MODE DE REALISATION DE L'INVENTION 30 La figure unique montre un exemple de plaque antidérapante 100 selon l'invention, apte à être positionnée de manière fixe sur un support métallique 200.The invention and its various applications will be better understood on reading the description which follows and on examining the accompanying figure. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE 25 The single figure is presented for guidance only and in no way limitative of the invention. It shows a sectional view of an embodiment of the non-slip plate according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AT LEAST ONE EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The single figure shows an example of anti-slip plate 100 according to the invention, able to be fixedly positioned on a metal support 200.
In the example shown, this comprises: a first face 101 having at least one magnetic part. In the example shown, the entire first face 101 is made of a magnetic material which optimizes its adhesion to a metal surface. a second face 102, having at least one abrasive zone 103. In the example shown, the abrasive zone 103 is in the form of three strips 104, arranged in parallel and spaced apart by a distance less than the size of a foot of adult, or approximately twenty centimeters, 10 to limit any slip of a user. Advantageously, the abrasive chosen is an abrasive having a grain type 80 grain. In the invention, it is expected that the abrasive zone 103 is bonded to the first face 101, for example by means of a double-sided adhesive. In other embodiments, the use of glue, for example neoprene glue, is proposed. In order to facilitate the use of the plate 100, provision is made to make it particularly displaceable, advantageously providing for it to be made in a generally rectangular shape, possibly with indented corners to facilitate its installation and / or removal, of dimension next to a size 20 A4. Furthermore, a thickness of the first face 101 is provided such that the plate 100 is flexible, and adapts to curved shapes; such a thickness is typically between 0.3 millimeter and 2.5 millimeter. Thus, the plate is removable, and the ease with which it can be disposed on or removed from a slippery metal surface greatly encourages its use.
