- REVENDICATIONS1. Acide nucléique comprenant un génome rétroviral REVENDICATIONS1. Acide nucléique comprenant un génome rétroviral chimérique, dans lequel ledit génome rétroviral chimérique comprend : - les séquences terminales répétées (STR) en 5' et en 3' d'un premier rétrovirus, ledit premier rétrovirus étant le virus de l'Arthrite-Encéphalite Caprine (VAEC), le virus Maedi Visna (VMV), ou le virus de l'anémie infectieuse des équidés (VAIE), et - au moins un gène viral d'un deuxième rétrovirus, ledit deuxième rétrovirus (i) n'étant pas le premier rétrovirus et (ii) étant un lentivirus sélectionné parmi le virus de I'immunodéficience humaine de type I (VIH-1), le VIH-2, le virus de l'immunodéficience simienne (VIS), le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ou le virus de l'anémie infectieuse équine (VAIE).

Acide nucléique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le génome rétroviral chimérique comprend en outre au moins un gène viral d'un troisième rétrovirus, ledit troisième rétrovirus (i) n'étant pas le premier rétrovirus et (ii) étant un lentivirus sélectionné parmi le virus de I'immunodéficience humaine de type I (VIH-1), le VIH-2, le virus de l'immunodéficience simienne (VIS), le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ou le virus de l'anémie infectieuse équine (VAIE).
- 3. Acide nucléique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un gène dudit deuxième rétrovirus ou troisième rétrovirus est choisi parmi les gènes gag, pol, vif, vpx, vpr, nef, tat, rev, vpu et env.
- 4. Acide nucléique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit génome chimérique lentiviral comprend les gènes gag, pol, vif, vpx, vpr du VIS et les gènes nef, tat, rev, vpu et env du VIH-1.
- 5. Acide nucléique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit génome chimérique lentiviral comprend les gènes gag, pol, vif, vpx, vpr, nef, tat, rev, vpu et env du VIH-1 ou les gènes gag, pol, vif, vpx, vpr, nef, tat, rev, vpu et env du VIH-2.
- 6. Acide nucléique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit gène pol, lorsqu'il est présent, est un gène pol délété des séquences codant l'intégrase (in).

- 9. Composition immunogène ou vaccinale comprenant un acide nucléique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, ou un vecteur selon la revendication 8.
- 10. Acide nucléique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, vecteur selon la revendication 8, ou composition vaccinale selon la revendication 9, pour son utilisation pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une infection par un rétrovirus.
- 11. Acide nucléique, vecteur, ou composition vaccinale pour leur utilisation selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le rétrovirus est un oncovirus, un lentivirus ou un spumavirus.
- 12. Acide nucléique, vecteur, ou composition vaccinale pour leur utilisation selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans laquelle le rétrovirus est le VIH-1, le VIH-2 ou le VIF.
