Abstract

The deckchair has flexible base (1) e.g. fabric, tensioned by a system of flexible and removable structures (2). The flexible and removable structures include straps, where parallelepipeds are attached on the straps and aligned against each other. An elastomer band is fixed on a surface opposed to a surface on which the straps are positioned. Female parts (6) and male parts (8) of a loop with clips are used as a junction between the flexible base and the structures. The female parts are fixed at a bar (7). The structures form supports on a ground.

Description

The present invention relates to a lounger of which part of the structure is removable and foldable. Some deckchairs composed of a rigid structure, have the disadvantage of being bulky because they can not be removed 5 thus making their storage and / or transport less convenient. The technical problem was to design a deckchair provided with a structure having the distinction of being either resistant or flexible in the sense in which it is used. The lounger according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises in fact according to a first characteristic, a flexible seat, stretched by a system of flexible and removable structures. These flexible structures form the ground supports and the rocking feet of the lounger. Each structure is composed of a strap 'on which are fixed several parallelepipeds aligned against each other. An elastomeric band is attached to the surface opposite to that on which the strap is positioned. The structure thus formed offers, in one sense, a great flexibility allowing it to be folded back on itself and in the other direction a simple camber of the structure. Specifically, when the user bends the structure by positioning upward the face on which the elastomeric band is fixed, the structure becomes flexible and foldable. Conversely, when the user attempts to bend the structure by positioning upward the face on which the rigid strap is fixed, the structure does not bend, it arches, this camber is due to the resistance that the strap exerts on the structure when in use. According to particular embodiments: The flexible structures may have, at each of their ends, the female part of a clip buckle. A fabric cloth can be provided as a deckchair seat. This cloth fabric may have at each of its upper and lower ends a bar itself presenting the other part of the clip buckles, namely the male parts on which the female parts attached to the flexible structure will be clipped. . - 2 - To mount the deckchair, the two male parts of the buckles with clips located on the same side of the cloth fabric, will accommodate the female parts of the same structure, thus forming one of the supports and one of the rocking feet of deckchair.

The same procedure will be followed to mount the other support of the lounger taking the precaution, for each of the supports, of placing the flexible structures in the "rigid structure" position, that is to say positioned so that the face on which the rigid strap is fixed either in contact with the ground.

When dismounting the transat, the structures, thanks to their reversible function, offer the possibility of being folded on themselves, to be done it is necessary to make sure that the face on which the elastomer band is fixed is positioned upwards. .

Figure 1 shows an overview of the deckchair mounted. Figure 2 shows, seen from below, the lounger disassembled. Figure 3 shows the dismounted transat, seen from three quarters, in exploded view. FIG. 4 shows, viewed from above, a flexible structure whose visible face is the elastomeric strip. Figure 5 shows, in profile, a flexible structure in position "elastomeric band up" and "rigid strap down". Figure 6 shows, from above, a flexible structure whose visible face is the rigid strap. Figure 7 shows, seen in profile, a flexible structure in position "stiff strap up" and "elastomeric strip down". With reference to these drawings, the lounger is made of a flexible seat (1), stretched by a system of flexible and removable structures (2). Each flexible structure (2) is composed of a strap (3) on which are fixed several parallelepipeds (4) aligned against each other. An elastomeric strip (5) is attached to the surface opposite to that on which the strap (3) is positioned. The flexible structure (2) may have at each of its ends, the female part of a clip loop (6). - 3 A cloth fabric can be provided as a deckchair seat. This cloth fabric may have at each of its upper and lower ends, a bar (7) having itself the other part of the clip buckles, namely the male parts (8) on which the female parts will be clipped. (6) fixed to the flexible structure (2). With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, when the user bends the structure (2) by positioning the face on which the elastomeric strip (5) is fixed upwardly, the structure (2) becomes flexible and pliable. Referring to Figures 6 and 7, when the user attempts to bend the structure (2) by positioning upward the face on which the rigid strap (3) is fixed, the structure does not bend, it arches, this camber is due to the resistance that the strap (3) exerts on the structure (2) during its use. By way of non-limiting example, the unfolded flexible structure will have dimensions of the order of 120 cm for the length, 3.5 cm for the width and 2.5 cm for the height.

By way of non-limiting example, the mounted deckchair will have dimensions of the order of 94 cm for the length, 50 cm for the width and 30 cm for the height. By way of non-limiting example, the lounger dismantled and folded will have dimensions of the order of 60 cm for the length, 20 cm for the width and 10 cm for the height. The lounger according to the invention is particularly intended for the design of deckchairs easily removable, foldable and transportable.
