Abstract

The element (1) has a frame (2) comprising a front wall and openings (12a-12c) for passage of air flow. A regulating device comprises multiple flaps (18) mounted to rotate about a rotation axis between an open position and a closed position for regulating the air flow. The flaps are rotatably secured so as to remain the flaps parallel to each other. The flaps are extended in a plane continuous with the front wall in the closed position. The flaps are in direct contact with the frame. An installation and fixing system is provided with a motor ventilator for ventilating a radiator. An independent claim is also included for a car.
