Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Véhicule hybride (45) comportant : - une chaîne de traction thermique comprenant un moteur thermique - une chaîne de traction hydraulique comprenant au moins une machine hydraulique (16, 17) en relation avec au moins un accumulateur de pression (19, 20) et une première pompe hydraulique (2), associée au moteur thermique (1), apte à recharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20), Io caractérisé en ce que le véhicule hybride (45) comporte en outre une machine électrique (22) liée mécaniquement à une seconde pompe hydraulique (21), la machine électrique associée à une batterie (23) étant apte à entraîner la seconde pompe hydraulique (21) pour recharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) indépendamment du moteur thermique. 15
- 2. Véhicule hybride (45) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux machines hydrauliques (16, 17).
- 3. Véhicule hybride (45) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en 20 ce qu'il comporte un accumulateur haute pression (19) et un accumulateur basse pression (20).
- 4. Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'accumulateur 25 de pression (19, 20) contient une quantité d'énergie supérieure à un niveau minimum de charge, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de réaliser la traction du véhicule (45) au moyen de la machine hydraulique (16, 17) en utilisant l'énergie hydraulique stockée dans l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20). 30

Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) contient une quantité d'énergie inférieure à un niveau minimum de charge et lorsque le niveau de charge de la batterie (23) est 35 supérieur à un seuil minimum, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape derecharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) en utilisant la machine électrique (22) via la seconde pompe hydraulique (21).
- 6. Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) contient une quantité d'énergie inférieure à un niveau minimum de charge et lorsque le niveau de charge de la batterie (23) est inférieur à un seuil minimum, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de recharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) en utilisant le moteur io thermique (1) via la première pompe hydraulique (2).

Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la machine hydraulique (16, 17) n'est pas apte à fournir le couple requis par l'utilisateur, 15 le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de réaliser la traction du véhicule (45) en utilisant le moteur thermique (1).
- 8. Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le véhicule (45) 20 est dans une phase de freinage, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de convertir une énergie cinétique en une énergie hydraulique en utilisant la machine hydraulique (16, 17).
- 9. Procédé de gestion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, 25 lorsque l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) contient une quantité d'énergie inférieure à un niveau minimum de charge, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de recharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) en utilisant l'énergie hydraulique. 30

Procédé de gestion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) contient une quantité d'énergie supérieure à un niveau minimum de charge, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de recharger la batterie (23) en utilisant la seconde pompe hydraulique (21). 35

Procédé de gestion de la traction d'un véhicule hybride (45) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le véhicule (45) est dans une phase de recharge de la batterie (23) par un réseau d'alimentation extérieur, le procédé de gestion comporte l'étape de recharger l'accumulateur de pression (19, 20) en prélevant de l'énergie sur le réseau.
