OF THE INVENTION [2] The invention relates to a vehicle equipped with a collision management device, a method and the associated vehicle. The invention finds a particularly advantageous application in the field of hybrid vehicles (rechargeable or non-rechargeable) and electric. [3] STATE OF THE ART [4] A collision management device makes it possible to detect the shocks inflicted by a vehicle during a collision in order to activate protective members, such as an airbag. For this purpose, the device comprises in particular an inertial sensor, also called accelerometer, for detecting the brutal movements of the vehicle. When the inertial sensor detects a shock, the sensor transmits information on a communication network is CAN (for "Controller Area Network" in English). This communication network is interconnected to the protection elements as well as to a control unit able to trigger the protection devices when receiving the information relating to the shock received. [5] In known manner, the network within the vehicle (said board network) can take three states: a state called "awake", a state called "partial awakening" and a state called "sleep". In the sleeping state, activated when the vehicle is idle for some time (engine and machine off, heating off, radio system off ...), the elements of the onboard network consume reduced energy. In the partial awakening state, only a few organs take energy from the on-board network. Finally, in the so-called awakened state, all the elements of the on-board network consume the energy necessary to carry out their function. [6] Generally, the inertial sensor is associated with an airbag of the vehicle. The inertial sensor is only capable of detecting shocks and transmitting the information when the shipboard is in the woken state. Consequently, in the charging phase of a hybrid or electric vehicle, the on-board network being in the partial waking state, the inertial sensor is not powered. In this charging phase, it is therefore not possible to detect shocks and inform the vehicle protection devices, which can cause various security problems. [07] PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION [08] In order to solve this potential safety problem, the present invention consists in keeping the inertial sensor under tension in order to detect shocks whatever the life situation of the vehicle (driving, stopping or recharging). [09] According to a first aspect, the invention therefore relates to a collision management device of a motor vehicle comprising: - protective devices able to protect the occupants of the vehicle, - a traction battery for powering a vehicle. machine is electric capable of achieving the traction of the vehicle, - a battery monitoring system and - an inertial sensor capable of providing information on the movements of the vehicle, the inertial sensor being powered by a source of energy storage regardless of the life situation of the vehicle. [010] This invention thus makes it possible to meet the safety requirements of hybrid or electric motor vehicles. [11] According to one embodiment, the inertial sensor is powered in a charging phase of the battery. This embodiment thus makes it possible to meet the safety requirements during the recharging phase of the battery, which can in particular take place when the vehicle is connected to an external electrical network. [12] In one embodiment, the inertial sensor is integrated with the traction battery. This embodiment is inexpensive and easy to implement compared to a modification of the electrical architecture of the vehicle 30 or an adaptation of the housing of a protective member, including airbag type. [13] In one embodiment, the storage source is the traction battery. [14] In one embodiment, the storage source is a complementary energy storage source to the traction battery. This source of additional energy storage can for example take the form of a battery used to guarantee a supply of the inertial sensor when the battery is unavailable. [15] In one embodiment, the storage source is a battery, preferably in a voltage range of 3 volts to 5 volts. [016] In one embodiment, the battery supervision system is powered by a source of energy storage whatever the life situation of the vehicle. According to one embodiment, the device comprises means for ensuring a permanent communication between the inertial sensor and the supervision system, even when charging the traction battery. [18] According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a vehicle equipped with a collision management method implemented with a vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle is stationary, the method comprises the following steps: a step of detecting the movement of the vehicle carried out by the inertial sensor; a step of communication between the inertial sensor and the supervision system; a decision step of implementing the protection elements; and a triggering step. protection organs. [22] According to a third aspect, the invention relates to a vehicle provided with a collision management device according to the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [021] The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows and on examining the figures which accompany it. These figures are given for illustrative but not limiting of the invention. They show: [022] FIG. 1: a schematic representation of a vehicle equipped with a collision management device according to the invention; [23] Figure 2: a schematic representation of an inertial sensor object of the invention; [24] Figure 3: a layout diagram of an inertial sensor object Io the invention. [25] Identical, similar or similar elements retain the same references from one Figure to another. [26] DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES OF THE INVENTION [027] FIG. 1 shows a hybrid or electric vehicle provided with a collision management device 9 according to the invention. An electric machine 16 is adapted to drive a traction chain 25 connected to the wheels 11 of the vehicle 10 via a set 24 of gearing. The electric machine 16 can be arranged indifferently on the front axle or on the rear axle of the vehicle 10. [28] The electric machine 16 is controlled by a control module 22 enabling the torque of the electric machine 16 to be adjusted in particular. The electrical machine 16 uses the energy of a traction battery 14. The battery 14 also has a supervision system 18 which makes it possible in particular to control the power consumption. [29] The battery 14 comprises an inertial sensor 20, also called accelerometer, for detecting the sudden movements of the vehicle 10. When the inertial sensor 20 detects a shock, the sensor 20 transmits information on a communication network 13. This network The communication device 13 is interconnected with protection devices 12 and with a control unit able to trigger the protection devices 12 when receiving the received shock information. [30] An edge network 15 present in the vehicle can take three states: a state called "awake", a state called "partial awakening" and a state called "sleep". In the sleep state, activated when the vehicle 10 is idle for some time (electrical machine 16 off, heating off, radio system off, inactive brake assembly 26 ...), the network elements consume reduced energy . In the so-called "partial awakening" state, activated when there is an activity on the on-board network 15, only a few elements of the on-board network 15 consume the energy necessary for carrying out their function. In the waked state, all the elements of the on-board network 15 consume the energy necessary to carry out their function. [31] The elements having the same priority level (control elements, sensors or actuators) are connected on a serial bus. This protocol, as well as the electrical parameters of the transmission line, are preferably fixed by the ISO 11898 standard. [32] The inertial sensor 20 is integrated with a traction battery 14 for powering the electrical machine 16. The inertial sensor 20 is kept under tension in order to detect the shocks whatever the life situation of the vehicle 10. Three vehicle life situations 10 are especially distinguishable: - a rolling situation which can take place when the vehicle 10 is rolling or when is close to start (radio system on, 25 air conditioning activated ...), - a stopping situation which can take place when the vehicle 10 is completely stopped (elements of comfort of the inactive passengers) and - a recharging situation which can take place the vehicle 10 is connected to an external electrical network in order to recharge the traction battery 14. [033] This invention thus meets the safety requirements of hybrid motor vehicles (rechargeable or not) and electric. [034] The inertial sensor 20 and the supervision system 18 use the energy of the traction battery 14 and / or another energy storage source in order to be powered whatever the life situation of the vehicle. 10. [035] The complementary storage source or external to the battery 14 may be in particular a battery preferably in the voltage range of 3-5 volts. A 3-volt power supply, however, remains sufficient since the inertial sensor 20 consumes very little current: between 0.2 and 0.4 mA. This embodiment thus makes it possible to limit the discharges of the traction battery 14. The collision management device 9 further comprises means 27 for ensuring permanent communication between the inertial sensor 20 and the supervision system 18, even when the traction battery 14 is recharged. is [037] Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of the inertial sensor 20 having 7 connectors. The output of the common point 33 makes it possible to fix a ground reference between the other interconnected circuits, in particular for the battery supervision system 18. The inertial sensor 20 is powered by a voltage source connected between the common point and a voltage source. supply input 36 continues. The position sensor 20 is also polarized by means of a polarization connector 34. [038] The variations of the position of the vehicle 10 are detected by the inertial sensor 20 along three orthonormal displacement axes: X, Y and Z. The inertial sensor Thus, 20 has an output for each of the axes: an output 37 for the X axis, an output 38 for the Y axis and an output 39 for the Z axis. [01] Fig. 3 shows a layout diagram of the inertial sensor 20. The inertial sensor 20 uses the energy of a source of energy storage 44 regardless of the life situation of the vehicle 10. The energy storage source can be the traction battery 14 and / or another source of energy storage. In addition, a polarization output 42 is connected in series with a resistor 45, called polarization. [02] The inertial sensor 20 operates according to an oscillator 52 which sets the refreshing frequency of the vehicle displacement measurements 10. At each period of the oscillator 52, three modules detect the movements of the vehicle 10: the module 53 detects the displacements along the X axis, the module 54 detects displacements along the Y axis and the module 55 detects the displacements along the Z axis. [39] The sensor 20 comprises means for shaping the signal to be transmitted comprising a circuit A resistor 50 internal to the inertial sensor 20 makes it possible to adapt the impedance of the outputs 37, Io 38 and 39. In addition, each output 37, 38 and 39 is connected to a capacitor: the output along the axis X is connected to a capacitor 47, the output along the Y axis is connected to a capacitor 48 and the output along the Z axis is connected to a capacitor 49. [40] The inertial sensor 20 thus has 5 outputs 42 enabling 15 transmit u vehicle movement information 10. 25
