With regard to the re-education of the scapular belt, the exercise essentially consists in passing an object from one hand to the other in the back. Thus is formed a variable length exercise stick having means for storing the length carried by the additional modules. Each patient can begin the exercise with a total length of stick and depending on its progress, reduce this length by removing one or more additional modules.

Thanks to the individualization marks visible on the additional modules, it will be possible during the following session, by adding or removing one or more additional modules to find the length of stick previously used.
