SUPPORTING MEMBER OF AN AMMONIA-CONTAINING CARTRIDGE FOR REPORTING ON A CHASSIS OF A MOTOR VEHICLE [0001 The invention relates to the field of support members of a cartridge containing ammonia, the organ- support being intended to be attached to a chassis of a motor vehicle. Its object is such a support member. It also relates to a motor vehicle equipped with such a support member. Finally, it relates to a method of implementing such a support member. The document FR 2,945,962 (Peugeot Citroen Automobiles SA and National Center for Scientific Research) describes an ammonia supply system equipping an exhaust line of a motor vehicle. The feed system delivers ammonia inside the exhaust line. Ammonia reacts with nitrogen oxides present in exhaust gas circulating inside the exhaust line, the nitrogen oxides being reduced to nitrogen and water. The ammonia feed system comprises an ammonia cartridge equipped with an injector. The latter is provided with an outlet disposed within the exhaust line. [0004] A general problem lies in fixing and supporting the ammonia cartridge on the motor vehicle. Indeed, such modalities must meet temperature constraints to which it is preferable to maintain the ammonia cartridge. An object of the present invention is to provide a support member of at least one cartridge containing ammonia, such a support member being desired simple, robust and inexpensive to manufacture, such a support member being intended to be attached to an element of a motor vehicle, such a support member being arranged to allow controlled cooling of the ammonia cartridge, such cooling being performed at a lower cost. Another object of the present invention is to propose a method for implementing such a support member, said method being simple to implement to optimize an electrical consumption of the motor vehicle. A support member of the present invention is a support member of at least a first cartridge containing ammonia for equipping an exhaust line of a motor vehicle. According to the present invention, the support member is equipped with a deflector. The baffle is advantageously pivotally mounted on the support member. The deflector is for example made of a flexible material. The support member comprising a frame formed in a first plane, the deflector is preferably rotatable about an axis of rotation between a closed position in which a general extension plane of the deflector forms with the first plane a minimum angle and an open position in which the general plane of extension of the deflector forms with the first plane a maximum angle, the minimum angle being strictly less than the maximum angle. The baffle is preferably adapted to reorient a flow of air to the first cartridge. The support member preferably comprises a support screen of a second cartridge. The baffle is advantageously provided with an actuator interposed between the support member and the deflector. A method of implementing such a support member is mainly recognizable in that the deflector is placed in the open position when the motor vehicle is in the starting phase and / or when the first cartridge is recharged in ammonia. while the deflector is placed in the closed position when the first cartridge is in the reloading phase. A motor vehicle of the present invention is a motor vehicle equipped with an exhaust line provided with an ammonia injector in connection with at least a first cartridge which is carried by such a support member. The first cartridge is preferably able to be recharged by at least a second cartridge. Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent on reading the description which will be made of embodiments, in connection with the figures of the attached plates, in which: Fig.1 is an illustration schematic of an exhaust line of a motor vehicle equipped with an ammonia cartridge which is attached to the motor vehicle through a support member of the present invention. - Fig.2 is a schematic perspective view of the support member illustrated in the previous figure. FIGS. 3 to 7 are schematic front views of the support member illustrated in the preceding figures. - Fig.8 is a schematic representation of a control device equipping an actuator in relation to a deflector which is provided with the support member illustrated in the previous figures. - Fig.9 is a schematic front view of the support member illustrated in Fig.3 to Fig.7. In fig.1, a motor vehicle is equipped with a heat engine 1 provided with an exhaust line 2 which is intended to channel the circulation of exhaust gas 3 produced by the engine 1. The Exhaust gas 3 circulates inside the exhaust line 2 from an upstream end 4 which is in relation with the heat engine 1 to a downstream end 5 which is in aeraulic communication with an external environment 6 to the motor vehicle. The exhaust gases 3 contain nitrogen oxides which it is desirable not to discharge to the outside environment 6. For this purpose, the exhaust line 2 is provided with a reduction catalyst SCR, after the acronym "Selective Catalytic Reduction", within which a reduction of oxides of nitrogen occurs. The exhaust line 2 is also provided with an ammonia injector 7 which is capable of delivering ammonia inside the exhaust line 2 via an outlet 8. placed upstream of the reduction catalyst SCR in a direction of flow 9 of the exhaust gas 3 inside the exhaust line 2. The ammonia injector 7 is in relation with a first cartridge 10 which is intended to store ammonia prior to its delivery inside the exhaust line 2. The first cartridge 10 is more particularly designed to deliver gaseous ammonia when starting the heat engine 1. Consequently, the first cartridge 10 is commonly referred to as "START-UP cartridge". The first cartridge 10 preferably contains a salt which is able to capture or release respectively by adsorption or desorption of gaseous ammonia. The first cartridge 10 is in relation to at least one second cartridge 11 which is intended to reload the first cartridge 10 with ammonia. Consequently, the second cartridge 11 is commonly referred to as "MAIN cartridge". The second cartridge 11 also preferably contains a salt loaded with ammonia. Preferably, the first cartridge 10 is in relation with two second cartridges 11. The first cartridge 10 and the second cartridge 11 are preferably placed under a floor of the motor vehicle, ie under a vehicle body. However, the first cartridge 10 and the second cartridge 11 may be placed at any point of the motor vehicle. The salt contained inside the first cartridge 10 and / or the second cartridge 11 releases ammonia gas by desorption. Such desorption is facilitated by a heat input provided in particular by the electrical resistors equipping the first cartridge 10. Conversely, an ammonia refill of the first cartridge 10 from the second cartridge 11 is facilitated by a low temperature of the first cartridge 10. The present invention aims to meet such thermal requirements at the start of the heat engine 1, so at low speed of movement of the motor vehicle, allowing maintenance at ambient temperature of the first cartridge 10 to facilitate desorption ammonia inside the latter. The present invention also aims to satisfy such thermal requirements in steady state of the heat engine 1, therefore at a higher speed of movement of the motor vehicle, by allowing maintenance at low temperature, lower than the ambient temperature, of the first cartridge 10 to facilitate an ammonia refill inside the latter from the second cartridge 11. The first cartridge 10 and the second cartridge 11 are attached to an element 12 of the motor vehicle by means of a support member 13. The element 12 is indifferently constituted by a chassis of the motor vehicle or an element attached to the chassis of the motor vehicle. The support member 13 is for example intended to be fixed on the element 12 by screwing, by clipping, by interlocking or the like. In Fig.2 to Fig.7, the support member 13 comprises a frame 14 defining an opening 15 inside which is disposed the first cartridge 10. In other words, the first cartridge is surrounded by frame members 14. For this purpose, the frame 14 is equipped with legs 16 which are attached to a lower face 17 of the frame 14. The feet 16 constitute support members of the first cartridge 10. The latter rests by gravity on the inside the frame 14 on the feet 16 which are preferentially distributed on uprights opposite the frame 14. More particularly, the feet 16 are arranged in line with the opening 15 so that a feed of the first cartridge 10 in a downward direction 18 through the frame 14 allows at least a partial traverse of the frame 14 of the first cartridge 10 so that the latter comes to rest on the feet 16. The support member 13 is equipped with a deflector 19 which is adapted to modify a flow path of an air flow 20 so that the latter comes to lick the first cartridge 10. The deflector 19 is more particularly attached to the feet 16 arranged on the same amount of the frame 14. According to another variant, the deflector 19 is attached to the frame 14. These arrangements are such that the flow of air 20 flowing in an initial direction D1, which is substantially parallel to a first plane P1 in which the frame 14 is formed, is deflected by the deflector 19 to take a final direction D2 which is substantially parallel to the downward direction 18 and substantially orthogonal to the first plane P1.
In other words, the deflector 19 redirects the air flow 20 to the first cartridge 10 to improve cooling thereof by convection. In the preferred case where the first cartridge 10 is placed under the body of the motor vehicle, the air flow 20 consists of an outside air flow. The deflector 19 is advantageously rotatable about an axis A which consists of a connecting axis between the deflector 19 and the feet 16, or between the deflector 19 and the frame 14. In other words, the deflector 19 is able to tilt around the axis A to move more or less from the feet 16 and / or the frame 14. Such a rocking movement is for example induced by a pressure of the air flow exerted on the These provisions are such that the greater the pressure of the air flow 20 on the baffle 19, the greater the deflector 19 deviates from the feet 16 and / or the frame 14, as illustrated in FIGS. and fig.5. As a result, an angle Al formed between the first plane P1 and a general extension plane P2 of the deflector 19 varies between 0 ° and 90 °, preferably between 20 ° and 70 °, as illustrated in FIGS. at fig.7. In other words, the deflector 19 is for example movable between a closed position in which the general extension plane P2 of the deflector 19 forms an angle Al min of 20 ° with the first plane P1, as illustrated in FIGS. and FIG. 6, and an open position in which the general extension plane P2 of the deflector 19 forms an angle Al max of 70 ° with the first plane P1, as illustrated in FIGS. . The higher the angular value A1, the greater the air flow 20 which comes into contact with the first cartridge 10, the more the cooling of the first cartridge 10 is consequent. The deflector 19 is advantageously deformable so that its mobility around the axis A is also due to its ability to deform under the effect of the pressure of the air flow 20. Such deformability is for example obtained from an embodiment of the deflector 19 in a flexible material, plastic or rubber in particular. According to this variant, the present invention provides a baffle 19 simple and inexpensive, which works passively under the effect of the pressure operated by the air flow 20 on itself, without any power consumption. According to another variant illustrated in Fig.6 and Fig.7, the deflector 19 is equipped with an actuator 21 to vary the angle Al. The actuator is indifferently disposed between the deflector 19 and the feet 16 or between the deflector 19 and the frame 14. Such provisions allow to implement an advantageous method of the present invention which consists in particular to arrange the deflector 19 according to the following criteria. The deflector 19 is placed in the closed position, as shown in Fig.6, at the start of the motor vehicle. In this configuration, the first cartridge 10 is slightly cooled by the air flow 20 so that the desorption of ammonia inside the first cartridge 10 is facilitated, for a fast supply of ammonia from the line of Exhaust 2. [0029] Then, the deflector 19 is placed in the open position, as illustrated in FIG. 7, to allow the first cartridge 10 to be reloaded by the second cartridge 11. In this configuration, the first cartridge 10 is strongly cooled by the air stream 20 so that the adsorption of ammonia inside the first cartridge 10 is facilitated for an optimized recharge of the latter. The first cartridge 10 undergoes considerable heat exchange by forced convection with the air flow 20. In this configuration, the exhaust line 2 is fed with ammonia via the second cartridge 11. Finally, the deflector 19 is again placed in the open position, as shown in Fig.6. In this configuration, the exhaust line 2 is supplied with ammonia via the second cartridge 11 and the first cartridge 10 is fully recharged with ammonia. In this configuration, the motor vehicle has aerodynamic performance which is advantageously optimized, especially when moving the latter at high speed. Indeed, the deflector 19 folded towards the feet 16 is a lower aerodynamic obstacle in the open position. Such a method is implemented from a control device 22 of the actuator 21 which is shown in Fig.8. The control device 22 comprises a control unit 23 which is able to determine the position, opening or closing, in which the deflector 19 must be placed. The control unit 23 determines this position as a function of information from a speed sensor 24 of the motor vehicle and / or a sensor for analyzing the state of the reduction catalyst SCR and / or an ammonia gas filling sensor 26 of the first cartridge 10. By way of example, the deflector 19 is placed in the closed position when the motor vehicle moves at a speed below a threshold speed, for example of the order of 20 km / h. The deflector 19 is placed in the open position when the ammonia gas filling sensor 26 of the first cartridge 10 indicates that the first cartridge 10 is empty. The deflector 19 is placed in the closed position when the ammonia gas filling sensor 26 of the first cartridge 10 indicates that the first cartridge 10 is full. In Fig.9, the support member 13 comprises a support screen 27 of the second cartridge 11. The support screen 27 receives by gravity and / or by interlocking the second cartridge 11. The screen of support 27 also participates in a delimitation of a circulation channel 28 of the air stream 20. Finally, the support screen 27 constitutes a means of thermal insulation of the second cartridge 11 against heat exchange by convection provided by the airflow 20.
The support screen 27 preferably comprises a smooth surface to avoid any aerodynamic disturbances to the air flow 20. These provisions are also such that a maintenance at ambient temperature of the second cartridge 11 is facilitated by avoiding any heat loss. This results in an improvement of the ammonia refilling capacity of the first cartridge 10 by the second cartridge 11. This also results in a lower power consumption of a heating system fitted to the second cartridge 11.
