Abstract

Il est connu de l'état de la technique d'utiliser comme moyens de fixation des romaines soudées sur la feuillure interne de chaque renfort latéral par points de soudure électrique (PSE), la traverse de retenue étant vissée sur les romaines. 20 Une telle structure de l'état de la technique n'est pas entièrement satisfaisante dans la mesure où, en cas de choc occasionné par des bagages disposés dans le coffre du véhicule venant se projeter contre la traverse de retenue, les efforts de traction et de cisaillement subis par la traverse de retenue se répercutent dans les PSE et sont susceptibles de conduire à un 25 déchirement des romaines sur la feuillure interne de chaque renfort latéral. Ainsi, de tels organes de fixation permettent de répartir les efforts subis par la traverse de retenue entre la feuillure interne et la feuillure externe de manière à limiter les risques de rupture de fixation de la traverse de retenue en cas de choc occasionné par la projection de bagages. De tels organes de fixation permettent d'augmenter la sollicitation de la feuillure externe et de délester la feuillure interne. Dans un mode de réalisation, chaque organe de fixation s'étend de la feuillure interne à la feuillure externe du renfort latéral correspondant.
