Abstract

The system (100) has a processing module (30) generating an information frame (TRAME) received and read by a global positioning system (GPS) receiver from incident data (DATA-EV) with information relative to an incident, and geolocation data (DATA-LOC) with information relative to geolocation of the incident. A transmission module (40) e.g. frequency modulation-very high frequency (FM-VHF) type transmitter, locally transmits the frame along a determined transmission field. The modules are configured such that a person having the receiver obtains the information relative to the incident. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for broadcasting information to prevent occurrence of accident on a lane (2) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for performing an information broadcasting method (3) a recording medium comprising a set of instructions for performing an information broadcasting method.
