Abstract
Description
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de transporteur à bande étanche curviligne pouvant prendre plusieurs rayons de courbure comprenant une bande lisse ou à tasseaux mis sans fin par collage à chaud ou à froid, supportée par des rives latérales équipées de rouleaux orientables permettant de faire déplacer la bande d'un côté ou de l'autre. Les transporteurs à bande étanche sont souvent utilisés pour transporter des matériaux pulvérulent d'un point A à un point B en ligne droite, ce qui suppose que pour contourner des obstacles, il est nécessaire d'avoir plusieurs transporteurs. Or à la demande de nombreux industriels et à la volonté de diminuer les coûts 10 énergétiques dîme installation, la limitation du nombre de transporteurs à bande et surtout de leur motorisation est de plus en plus demandée. Pour permettre de résoudre ce type de problème, il existe différents systèmes comme le convoyeur formant un tube avec la bande ou encore le convoyeur dit à Q goutte d'eau ».Ces différents systèmes nécessitent la mise en Ir place de système mécanique important et utilisent des bandes spéciales. Ce type de convoyeur à bande n'évite pas la nécessité d'étancher les points de chargement ou de déchargement et il est très difficile d'y installer des systèmes de dépoussiérage. L'invention a pour but de rendre étanche un convoyeur à bande et de Z0 permettre à celui-ci de prendre différentes dénivellations et plusieurs rayons de courbure. A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un convoyeur à bande étanche pouvant prendre des courbes du type comprenant une bande lisse ou à tasseaux collé sans fin, se déplaçant sur rouleau central reprenant les 2 /3 de la charge définie par le 2S produit sur la bande et des rives latérales dites de « glissement x équipées de rouleaux guides pouvant basculer de û à 5° dans le sens de déplacement de la bande permettant à celle-ci de se recentrer par rapport à l'axe du convoyeur . L'étanchéité du convoyeur est faite par une seconde bande fixée sur les rives latérales permettant de compresser le produit vrac et pulvérulent entre la bande 30 qui se déplace et la seconde bande fixée. La compression du produit entre les deux bandes permet d'éviter les envolements de poussières par un effet de vide d'air s'effectuant par le déplacement de la bande en même temps que le produit en masse. Le dispositif de convoyeur à bande étanche curviligne suivant l'invention 3S peut comporter une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques suivantes : La mise en place d'un chemin de roulement par rouleaux horizontaux permettant le déplacement de la bande reprenant tes 2/3 de la charge du produit vrac et pulvérulent et le recentrage de la bande si nécessaire dans les parties courbes du convoyeur.
