A helical guide (16,17) is coaxial to longitudinal axis and provided between guide portion and plunger and transform the linear movement effected by linear actuator on plunger into roto-translational motion of plunger. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) equipment for fabrication of glass containers with internally threaded neck; and (2) glass container producible with process and equipment.

Description

The present invention relates to the field of the glass industry and more particularly to the manufacture of glass containers such as bottles, flasks and glass jars. The invention is aimed in particular at the field of the manufacture of glass bottles 5 for the packaging of wine for butchering. In this field of wine packaging, it is known to use different types of corking bottles in which a wine is packaged for its marketing. It is known firstly, and has been for several decades, the closure by substantially cylindrical cork stoppers inserted into force in the neck. Only technique used for a long time, the cork has, in recent years, been questioned for various reasons mainly related to its cost and its influence on the quality and conservation of wines, including the development of so-called tastes of 15 " plugs ". To replace corks, plastic plugs have been developed and are increasingly used. These synthetic stoppers are considered neutral vis-à-vis the bottled wine, and their cost is more easily controllable than that of corks. However, they have the disadvantage of not being or very little recyclable and are not always easily extractable. Closure of wine bottles by screw rings is also known. This capping technique is perfectly controlled and its preservation performance is deemed to be similar to that of cork and synthetic stoppers. In addition, the screw rings are recyclable, at least in theory, after separation of the inner film of the capsule, making it a particularly cost effective plugging solution. However, this corking technique is still considered, especially in Europe, as reserved for low-end wines and so-called New World wines (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, Argentina among others).

The object of the present invention is to propose a new type of bottle or more generally glass container, especially for the wine packaging, which has the advantages of screw-ring closure, that is to say in particular a plugging reversible and simple, without the image disadvantages of this type of capping. Another object of the invention is to provide a glass container which allows cork stoppers to be preserved, which remains the preferred material for the capping of quality wines, as well as spirits and other beverages and for the image conditioned product, while allowing a reversible closure by screwing-unscrewing the cap. These two objects of the invention are achieved through a glass container, in particular a bottle, provided with a neck having a substantially cylindrical shape adapted to the closure of the container by a plug inserted into said neck, said neck having an internal thread allowing a reversible clogging and unclogging of the container by screwing a said plug, characterized in that the internal thread of the neck consists of at least two independent threads for plugging and unclogging the container by a single rotation of the plug following a angle of 180 °.

The container according to the invention, which can indifferently be a bottle or a bottle for example, has the advantage thanks to its internal thread to allow plugging and unclogging by simply screwing-unscrewing using a cork natural or a synthetic cap with a head and a body adapted to be inserted into the threaded neck and comply during insertion. Such a closure solution allows a hermetic closure of the container while providing great ease and convenience of use for users who can unclog end and re-seal the container by simple manual screwing and unscrewing operation of the stopper in the neck of the container.

In addition, such a capping solution makes it possible to maintain a high-end image with the product packaged in the container while maintaining a

Although the procuration of a container with a threaded internal neck appears in the first instance as simple or even obvious to implement and realize, this is not the case in practice, especially for industrial implementation at a controlled cost. . Indeed, it is very difficult to produce such containers threaded neck with a controlled process, reproducible and robust and is easily transferable from one factory or production line to another. It is also necessary that the method of manufacturing the containers with threaded neck does not imply any external modifications of the containers and that the usable internal diameter for the customers remains constant compared to the existing one. Finally, it is necessary that the manufacturing process of the containers of the invention makes it possible to maintain a production speed consistent with the existing one and to control the quality produced on our production lines by avoiding any glass debris. Various other characteristics appear from the description given below with reference to the accompanying drawings which show, by way of non-limiting examples, embodiments of the subject of the invention. In the accompanying figures: - Figure 1 shows the neck of a container according to the invention seen from the front; - Figure 2 shows the neck of Figure 1 seen in section along a median longitudinal plane of the container of the invention. Figures 1 and 2 show only the neck 1 of a container such as a bottle of wine according to the present invention. This neck 1 conventionally comprises a cylindrical neck 2 terminated by a head 3 also cylindrical, of slightly greater diameter to the neck to form a retaining shoulder of a metal cap or plastic dressing and sealing the neck after plugging. The neck 2 and the head 3 of the neck 1 are coaxial and cylindrical about a longitudinal axis X-X 'of revolution of the container and form an internal tubing 4 of substantially

According to the present invention, the container is characterized by the presence on the inner wall 5 of the neck 1, at the neck 2 and the head 3 of the neck 1 of an internal thread 6 formed of at least two independent threads 7 , and preferably at least 3 and 5 independent nets. These threads 7 independent allow a closure and unclogging of the container by screwing and respectively unscrewing a cap at an angle of 180 ° around the longitudinal axis X-X 'of the container. Advantageously to ensure a good sealing tightness, the plug used to plug the threaded neck 1 can also be threaded with a complementary external thread of the internal thread 6 of the neck 1. However, this is not an obligation; indeed, the borrowing of the cap can also be done during the insertion thereof into the neck of the bottle and be maintained with seal thanks to the resilience properties of cork. The threads 7 on the inner wall 5 of the neck 1 consist of flutes 8 forming a rib or a groove on the inner wall 5. These threads 7 are advantageously identical to each other and distributed at regular angular intervals on the inner surface 5 of the neck 1. The threads 7 preferably have a depth or a thickness, depending on whether the gadroons are of the groove or rib type, between 1 and 3 mm. According to a preferred feature of the invention, the threads 7 forming the internal threading 6 of the neck 1 follow a straight slope forming an angle of 30 ° with respect to the generatrices of the internal cylindrical wall 5 of the neck 1 and the X axis. X '. The choice of such a thread slope 7 is particularly advantageous in that it makes it possible to use, for the manufacture of the container, punches or cores forming non-retractable threads, and therefore of great ease of operation. and of structure, which is very important given the small internal diameter of the neck in a perspective of productivity and profitability of the manufacturing process of the containers according to the invention.

The container of the invention with its neck 1. threaded is obtained by a blown-blown glass process. This process makes it possible in particular to obtain containers such as wine bottles weighing between 300 g and 1000 g and comprising from 3 to 5 internal threads to the neck 1.

The invention is not limited to the examples described and shown since various modifications can be made without departing from its scope.
