Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif pour le soutien de pièces (1) lors du dépôt en phase vapeur ou en brouillard d'un revêtement sur leur surface extérieure, ledit dispositif comportant une boîte (10) munie d'un couvercle (13) auquel est suspendue une pièce intermédiaire d'accrochage (14), ladite pièce d'accrochage supportant au moins un appareillage (6) destiné à supporter une desdites pièces à traiter, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce d'accrochage (14) est suspendue audit couvercle au moyen d'une articulation (16) permettant son débattement dans un plan vertical, l'appareillage (6) étant rigidement lié à ladite pièce d'accrochage et conformé de manière à laisser la pièce à traiter modifier au moins un de ses points de contact avec lui en réponse au débattement appliqué à ladite pièce d'accrochage (14).
- 2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 dans lequel l'appareillage (6) est constitué par deux fils rigides (7) parallèles s'étendant parallèlement audit couvercle et perpendiculairement audit plan de débattement.
- 3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les deux fils 20 rigides (7) portent chacun une bille (8) libre en rotation autour dudit fil rigide (7) et destinée à porter ladite pièce à traiter.
- 4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 dans lequel la bille (8) est positionnée au milieu du fil rigide, entre deux butées (9) limitant ses déplacements longitudinaux. 25
- 5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel la pièce d'accrochage est une pièce allongée formant palonnier (14) s'étendant dans son plan de débattement et apte à évoluer angulairement entre deux positions extrêmes symétriques par rapport à la verticale passant par l'axe de ladite articulation (16). 30

Procédé pour le dépôt en phase vapeur ou en brouillard d'un revêtement sur la surface extérieure d'une pièce (1) à l'aide d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte la réalisation d'un perçage (2) dans ladite pièce (1) ne passant pas par son centre de gravité, la mise en suspension de ladite pièce par 35 l'intermédiaire dudit perçage sur un appareillage (6) et la mise enmouvement de la pièce d'accrochage (14) au cours de l'opération de dépôt.
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 6 dans lequel la position angulaire de la pièce d'accrochage (14) varie continûment pendant 5 l'opération de dépôt du revêtement.
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 dans lequel la pièce d'accrochage (14) occupe successivement au moins deux positions angulaires pendant l'opération de dépôt du revêtement, lesdites positions étant symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport à la verticale passant par 10 l'axe de l'articulation (16).
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 8 dans lequel lesdites positions sont occupées au cours de la phase de dépôt pendant des durées totales égales.
