Description
Claims (9)
- Revendications1. Filtre à particules pour l'épuration des gaz d'échappement produits par un moteur à combustion interne comprenant un substrat filtrant en céramique poreuse et une phase catalytique, caractérisé en ce que la phase catalytique est à base de zircone yttriée.
- 2. Filtre à particules selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la phase catalytique à base de zircone yttriée comprend un pourcentage molaire d'yttrine dans la zircone compris entre 3 et 12% molaire.
- 3. Filtre à particules selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pourcentage molaire d'yttrine dans la zircone est de 8 % molaire.
- 4. Filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une quantité de phase catalytique à base de zircone yttriée comprise entre 50 g/litre et 500 g/litre de filtre à particules et de préférence entre 80 g/litre et 250 g/litre.
- 5. Filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le substrat céramique est choisi parmi le carbure de silicium, l'alumine, le titanate d'aluminium, la cordiérite.
- 6. Filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la phase catalytique à base de zircone yttriée est déposée dans la porosité du substrat filtrant en céramique.
- 7. Filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, le filtre à particules comprenant des canaux (2a) d'entrée des gaz d'échappement, au moins une partie de la phase catalytique à base de zircone yttriée est déposée en surface des canaux (2a) d'entrée dudit filtre.
- 8. Filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est apte à se régénérer par combustion des particules contenues dans ledit filtre dès que celui-ci atteint sensiblement en entrée une température (T;fB) de 300 °C.
- 9. Ligne d'échappement, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un filtre à particules selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
