Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Filtre à particules (1) comprenant un substrat filtrant en céramique poreuse et une phase catalytique, caractérisé en ce que la phase catalytique comprend un oxyde mixte de zirconium et d’yttrium de formule (Zr02)x (V203)y associé à de l’argent Ag sous forme métallique et/ou oxydée.
- 2. Filtre à particules (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l’Ag est sous forme de nanoparticules, notamment de plus grande dimension comprise entre 1 et 100 nm, de préférence comprise entre 1 et 20 nm.
- 3. Filtre à particules (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que les nanoparticules sont dispersées à la surface de l’oxyde mixte.
- 4. Filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que x + y = 1.
- 5. Filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que x est compris entre 0,85 et 0,98, notamment est d’environ 0,92.
- 6. Filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que y est compris entre 0,02 et 0,15, notamment entre 0,03 et 0,12, notamment est d’environ 0,08.
- 7. Filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la formule de l’oxyde mixte est (Zr02)o,92 (Υ2θ3)ο,ο8·
- 8. Filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la quantité d’argent Ag sous forme métallique et/ou oxydée correspond à au moins 0,5 % en masse de l’oxyde mixte.
- 9. Filtre à particules (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la quantité d’argent Ag sous forme métallique et/ou oxydée correspond à entre 0,8 et 2% en masse de l’oxyde mixte, notamment à environ 1% en masse de l’oxyde mixte.
- 10. Procédé de dépôt de la phase catalytique sur le filtre (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’on dépose la phase catalytique dans/sur les parois du filtre par imprégnation par voie humide.
- 11. Procédé de dépôt selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu’on dépose la phase catalytique à partir d’un mélange de l’oxyde mixte et d’une solution aqueuse de nitrate d’argent.
- 12. Ligne d’échappement d’un moteur à combustion interne, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comprend un filtre à particules (1) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 9.
