Abstract

The device has two frames (1, 2) reinforced by horizontal bars (5) and connected by hinges. The frames are provided with perforated plates or screens (4) ensuring for protection of a child or animal. Each frame has a closing system (8) composed of a rectangular ring. The ring is provided with a notch for introduction of studs with a handle. A handle maintaining system is arranged on the perforated plates or screens. A top part of the frames is provided with a lockbolt (7).

Description

- 1 - La présente invention concerne un dispositif empêchant la chute d'enfant, la fuite d'animal de compagnie et dans un autre mode de réalisation comme moustiquaire amovible, pour une fenêtre type P.V.0 en permettant une aération satisfaisante de la pièce avec une mise en place simple, rapide et sans modification. Ce type de fenêtre ne permet pas l'entrebâillement et l'utilisateur est contrains de laisser ouvert la fenêtre au risque d'une possible chute d'un enfant ou de la fuite d'animal de compagnie. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation ; -Dans le mode de réalisation comme prévention de la chute d'enfant et La fuite d'animal de compagnie il est possible d'ajouter une moustiquaire. -Les systèmes de fermeture peuvent être amovible, afin de s'adapter aux différentes positions des pitons de fermeture liés a la poignée selon le fabriquant. -Les cadres peuvent avoir des parties composés de différentes hauteurs permettant un ajustement de l'invention sur la hauteur ou la largeur. -Pour l'utilisation de l'invention comme moustiquaire amovible, les plaques perforés ou grillages (4) seront remplacer par un cadre de faible épaisseur permettant le maintient du tissu anti-moustique. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ce problème. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, deux cadres (1) et (2) articulés par deux charnières (3), chacun rempli par une plaque perforé ou grille (4) et des barres de renfort (5). Sa mise en place est facile, par dépliage du deuxième panneau (fig. 3) une fois poser sur le rebord de fenêtre, le maintient de l'invention lors du dépliage est assuré par une poignée (6) ce situant du coté intérieur du cadre (2) sur le milieu du haut. La targette (7) permet à l'invention de rester déplier et Occupe complètement l'espace une fois le bâtant de fenêtre avec la poignée refermé. Les panneaux formant une sécurité maximum sont maintenu par les rebords de la fenêtre en haut, à gauche et en bas ce qui permet la première partie du maintient de l'invention. Le maintien de l'invention du coté droit est obtenu premièrement par deux anneaux de forme rectangulaire (8) et (fig. 4) possédant chacun une encoche permettant aux pitons de la fenêtre de droite de si introduire et d'y remonter lorsque l'on actionne la poignée pour fermé. La sécurité est totalement assuré par la pièce (fig. 5, 6,7) qui ce place en(9) par Deux boulons afin de diminuer l'encombrement. Celle ci permet de bloqué la poignée fermé par un fermoir à clef (10). Le bras de cette pièce est articulé sur la gauche en (11) afin de ne pas gêner l'utilisateur lors de la manipulation de la poignée de fenêtre. Elle permet par ailleurs un maintient supplémentaire de la protection. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux fenêtres de type P.V.0 pour empêché la chute accidentel d'enfant, la fuite d'animal de compagnie et comme 25 moustiquaire amovible. It comprises in fact according to a first characteristic, two frames (1) and (2) articulated by two hinges (3), each filled by a perforated plate or grid (4) and reinforcement bars (5).
