La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour marquer physiquement et temporairement les angles de tir dans le cadre de tir à balle pour la pratique de la chasse en battue de grands gibiers. Aujourd'hui, bien que le respect des angles de tir au minimum de 30° soit une règle de sécurité de tout 1er ordre rappelée à juste titre par tous les organisateurs de battues au grand gibier, il n'existe aucun objet permettant d'assister le chasseur dans le tracé visuel de ses angles de tir. Ce manque est d'autant plus crucial que d'après les statistiques de l'Office Nationale de La Chasse, 54% des accidents de chasse se déroulent lors de chasse au grand gibier et 40% sont dus à de mauvais maniements des armes et à des tirs non sécurisés, soit directs soit encore par ricochets. Or, d'un point de vue balistique, il a été prouvé que lors de tirs à balle dans un angle inférieur à 30° par rapport à la ligne des chasseurs postés, les trajectoires d'éventuels ricochets s'exercent de façon rentrante et présentent un danger direct pour tous les participants. Il convient d'ajouter que d'un point de vue légal, la mise en évidence d'un tir dans un angle inférieur à 30° qualifie systématiquement celui-ci de dangereux et entraîne directement la responsabilité du tireur. Le dispositif de marquage au sol permet de remédier à ce manque et d'apporter une plus grande sécurité par la participation active et raisonnée de son utilisateur. Ce dispositif comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un boîtier dans lequel se trouve deux bobines de ruban fluorescent aux sorties opposées et dont les extrémités sont perforées afin d'attache au sol.
