VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH A DEVICE FOR FASTENING A RECOVERABLE SEAT The technical field of the invention concerns the environment of the automobile industry, and more specifically, motor vehicles having at least two rows of seats, of which at least one of the rear seats in the second row or later, can be removed, in order to increase the storage space at the rear of the vehicle. More specifically, the motor vehicles according to the invention implement mobile means for fixing seats, which, in the absence of the seat to which they relate, can be operated to allow maximum clearance of the space in which they are located, optimizing the available volume, for storing luggage or other belongings. [0002] Motor vehicles with retractable seats exist and have already been the subject of patents. One can, for example, mention EP1518746, which relates to a motor vehicle with a seat provided to store, by pivoting and drawdown, in a space provided for this purpose, and formed in the floor of said vehicle. Once folded and stored, the seat remains in the thickness of the floor. US Pat. No. 5,562,322 discloses, for its part, a motor vehicle comprising a retractable seat, implementing conventional fastening means of said seat, particularly involving hooking and locking means located in a groove of the floor. The inventions covered by these two patents do not relate to motor vehicles equipped with "removable" seats, that is to say, seats that can be removed and removed from said vehicle, in order to free up a maximum of available space. The motor vehicles according to the invention comprise at least one removable seat, generally located at the rear of the vehicle, in the second or third row, and the fixing means are movable, to come retract into the floor or store optimally, so as to occupy as little space as possible and thus increase the storage volume, obtained by removing said seat. In addition, this retraction or optimized retreat of these fastening means, are provided to prevent said means, to protrude, in one way or another, in the storage space thus cleared, avoiding creating sources hindering said storage, such as, for example, parasitic attachment means, or stops that may hinder the sliding of luggage or belongings on the floor. These fixing means are intended to be handled simply, easily, and without special tools. They are easily accessible, and once the seat is removed, they can be quickly stored manually, to free up space. The present invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising at least one removable seat, the fixing means comprise a rear cross member and a front fixing axis, these two fasteners being oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis. said vehicle. The main feature of a motor vehicle according to the invention is that the rear cross member is pivotally mounted between a raised position, for which it emerges from the floor and serves for fixing the seat, and a second retracted position, for which it is housed in a recess in the floor once the seat has been removed. In this way, once the removable seat has been removed, a person grasps the crossbar in raised position, and manually rotates it in the floor, so as to free up a maximum of space, where the seat was placed . This rotational movement is preferred because its amplitude is limited and therefore does not require a significant clearance to carry out this retraction movement. For each detachable seat, a rear cross member and a particular front attachment pin are assigned. Generally, the removable seats are at the rear of a vehicle, second row seats, or third row. However, the invention relates to a removable seat that can occupy any place in the vehicle. Advantageously, the recess is sized to fully contain the cross, without it can emerge from the floor. It is important that the crossbar, once it is stowed, does not interfere with the volume released by the removal of the removable seat. Any protrusion of the transom above the floor level, could be a constraint that can affect the business storage in the space released. [0006] Preferably, the crossmember can pivot about a transverse axis of said vehicle, to occupy either a front position or a rear position.
Generally, a cross is an elongated piece, having a small width, and the fact of being able to pivot about a transverse axis of the vehicle, limits the amplitude of rotation, which is dictated by this width. Advantageously, the front position corresponds to the raised position, and the rear position corresponds to the retracted position. This configuration corresponds to a particular embodiment of the invention, which is well suited to vehicles currently manufactured, including those having a third row of removable seats. Preferably, the cross member is an elongate piece, having a U-shaped section, and can perform a rotation of 180 ° to move from its front position to its rear position. More generally, the cross member may have a U-shaped section with two strictly parallel edges, or have a section, for which these two edges tend to deviate from one another, giving it a better seated. Advantageously, in the raised position, the cross rests on its two parallel uprights, and in the retracted position, the crosspiece rests on its flat central portion, connecting said parallel edges. In this way, for these two extreme configurations, the crosspiece occupies a stable position, without the possibility of moving or vibrating, avoiding generating an unwanted noise. Preferably, the two parallel edges each end with a perpendicular flange, said two flanges being continuous with one another and serving as bearing surfaces on the floor of the cross, when it is in an elevated position. In other words, for this configuration, the crosspiece has a flat central portion, extended on each side by a perpendicular edge, said perpendicular edges each ending in a flange which is perpendicular to them, these two edges being found in continuity one of the other, and parallel to the flat central part. Advantageously, the transverse axis of rotation of the cross member is secured to the recess, at its upper part, said axis being connected to one of the two parallel edges of the cross member, in continuity with the one of the other. Preferably, the front attachment axis comprises an articulated end, allowing it to move from a transverse active position, to a longitudinal passive position. This articulated end is secured to a structural element, which may, for example, be the horizontal floor, or a side member having a substantially vertical plane, such as, for example, a wheel well. The term "active" means that the axis is positioned to secure the seat on the floor, and the term "passive" means that said axis is stored, and has no particular function, since the seat has been removed. Advantageously, the vehicle comprises three rows of seats, the third of which has two removable seats, and comprises a rear transverse fixing common to both seats, and two front attachment pins, each designed for a seat, each of said axes that can move, independently, from a transverse active position, to a longitudinal passive position. The motor vehicles according to the invention have the advantage of implementing means for fixing removable seats, which can be easily and quickly stored, so as to clear a maximum of space, once the seat removed. . In addition, these fixing means can be manipulated manually, without special tools, by any person, to go from an active configuration to a passive configuration. Finally, these fastening means remain permanently in the vehicle, without ever being detached from it, which allows, at the last moment, to choose the appropriate configuration, without having to collect the parts, then to mount them. The following is a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a vehicle according to the invention, with reference to Figures 1 to 7. - Figure 1 is a partial perspective view of a rear part of a vehicle according to the invention, showing a second and a third row of seats. - Figure 2 is a perspective view of a rear part of the body of a motor vehicle according to the invention, and whose removable seats have been removed, the fastening means being in active configuration. FIG. 3 is a view of the rear part of FIG. 2, but the fixing means of which are in passive configuration. - Figure 4 is a side view of a cross member for fixing a removable seat, said cross member being in active configuration. - Figure 5 is a side view of a cross member for fixing a removable seat, said cross member being in passive configuration. - Figure 6 is a simplified side view, showing the interaction between the cross member and the removable seat. - Figure 7 is a simplified side view, showing the interaction between the front fixing pin and the removable seat. For a better understanding of the invention, it should be remembered that the X axis is a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, the Y axis is a transverse axis of the vehicle and the Z axis is a vertical axis. It should also be noted that the direction of the X axis does not necessarily indicate the forward direction of the vehicle. Referring to Figure 1, an example of a motor vehicle according to the invention comprises three rows of 2,3 seats 1, the third 3, which is located further back, just behind the second 2, comprises two removable seats 4 (only one of these two removable seats is shown in Figure 1). A removable seat differs from a retractable seat, in that it can be completely detached from the vehicle, and thus be removed, to clear a potential storage space. The two removable seats 4 of the third row 3, are attached to the vehicle, independently of one another, and can, therefore, be disassembled, each independently. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, the area of the rear portion 5 of a vehicle body according to the invention, which is in particular implemented the third row 3 of removable seats 4, comprises means for fixing said seats removable 4, involving a rear cross member 6 and a fixing axis 7 before, movable. For the two removable seats 4 of the third row 3, only one common cross 6 is implemented, while each removable seat 4 has a front attachment pin 7, which is unique. In Figure 2, these fixing means are in the active position, that is to say they are positioned to fix the removable seats 4, while in Figure 3 they are in the passive position, that is to say ie they are stored or retracted in the vehicle body, once the two removable seats 4 have been removed, to free up a maximum of space, and prevent them from hanging or obstructing the sliding on the floor 10 , business to put away. Each attachment pin 7 of each removable seat 4 is hingedly mounted on the wheel well 8, which corresponds to it, said wheel well 8, which can be embodied by a side piece of said vehicle, and substantially vertical. As shown in FIG. 2, in the active position, each attachment pin 7 is oriented in a transverse direction of the vehicle, and locked in this position, said axes 7 each being able to rotate 90 ° towards the rear of the vehicle. vehicle, to be placed along said wheel wells 8, as shown in Figure 3, and thus occupy a passive position. Each fixing pin 7 can be manipulated manually, independently of one another, depending on the number of seats 4 to be dismantled. The rear cross member 6, common to the two seats 4, which is in the form of an elongate piece, extends transversely to the vehicle, and is pivotally mounted around a transverse axis 9, allowing it to pass from a raised active position, as shown in Figure 2, at a low passive position, corresponding to its retraction in a transverse recess 11 of the floor 10, as shown in Figure 3. This cross 6 toggles backwards, to move from his active position to his passive position. Referring to Figures 4 and 5, the crossbar 6 has a flat central seat 12, of rectangular shape, the two long sides are each extended by a plane edge 13, of rectangular shape, and away from the one from the other with respect to a parallel position. These two flat edges 13, are themselves extended by a rim 14,15 plane, also of rectangular shape, in continuity with one another, and parallel to the flat central seat 12 of said crossbar 6. These two edges 14,15 are found in a configuration, for which they are farthest from each other, so that they contribute to increase the total width of the crossbar 6, which is its dimension taken according to the X axis (longitudinal) of the vehicle. One of the two flanges 14, terminates in a groove 17 open, extending along its long side, and adapted to be inserted around the transverse axis 9 of rotation of the crosspiece 6, said axis being secured to the recess 11, at its upper part, and more precisely on its front face 16. FIG. 4 shows the cross member 6 in the active position, for which it emerges from the floor 10 while resting on it by the intermediate of its two plane flanges 14,15, the groove 17 of the rear rim 14, enclosing the axis of rotation 9 transverse. To pass in passive configuration, the crosspiece 6 pivots about said axis 9, in the direction indicated by the arrow 18, to rotate about 180 °, and end up in the recess 11 of the floor 10, provided for this purpose . Referring to Figure 5, the flat central seat 12 of the cross member 6 comes into contact with the bottom 19 of the recess 11, when it is in the passive position, without ever emerging from the floor 10, on which it rests in active position. As shown in Figure 6, the flat central seat 12 of the cross member 6, has a plurality of orifices regularly spaced along its length, and each intended to receive a pin 20 fastening, secured of the lower part of the removable seat 4, for fixing said seat 4 to the floor 10. [0022] Referring to Figure 7, the seat 4 can also be disassembled, cooperates with the front attachment pin 7, to be prepositioned on the floor 10, before being fixed on the rear crossmember 6. To clear space at the rear of the vehicle, a person removes the two seats 4 of the third row 3, and once said seats removed, grasps the rear cross member 6, rotates it manually by 180 °, towards the rear, in order to retract it into the recess 11 of the floor 10 provided for this purpose. He then catches each of the two front fixing pins 7, which he unlocks, to rotate them by 90 ° so as to change them from a transverse position to a stowed position along the wheel arches. In this way, the storage space, thus cleared, is optimized, both in terms of its volume, as the absence of any potential source of attachment or stop of the business to store.
