Chaque glissière est dédiée à un levier et un coté de la porte. La double glissière est fixée sur le chant de l'encadrement fixe de la porte ou le mur. Le chariot reporte l'effort du levier en dehors de l'encadrement fixe de la porte par une équerre (6). Cette équerre peut être équipée d'une rallonge en fonction de l'épaisseur du mur .
