"Bouchon permettant la conservation et la diffusion d'un produit liquide, granuleux ou poudreux" "Stopper allowing the conservation and the diffusion of a liquid product, granular or powdery"
The invention relates to a stopper for the preservation and diffusion of a liquid, granular or powdery product, especially a product such as a pharmaceutical product, a gel or a food supplement. The invention relates more particularly to a stopper for the diffusion of a liquid product, granular or powdery inside a bottle, of the type which comprises at least one element which is likely to be attached to a neck of the bottle and a housing containing the liquid, granular or powdery product which is likely to be communicated with the interior of the bottle to release said product inside the bottle by the force of gravity. Numerous examples of plugs of this type described by numerous patents, in particular US Pat. No. 4,315,570, WO 2006/052827, WO 2005/049430 A2, EP 0520616A1 and EP 1707 495A1, are known. The majority of plugs of this type have two independently operated mechanisms. The first mechanism makes it possible to screw the stopper on the neck of a bottle first. The second mechanism allows to operate a device for the release of the liquid product, granular or powdery in the bottle. The disadvantage of these systems is their bulk and their complexity which makes their realization price very high. It is known in particular a plug of the type described above comprising an element which is capable of being fixed to the neck of the bottle and which comprises a housing, containing the fluid or powdery product, which is provided with a cap 25 arranged substantially at right of the neck of the bottle. The lid is susceptible to being torn by a movable means forming part of the element to allow the release of the liquid or powdery product inside the bottle. The major disadvantage of this solution is that the residues of the seal interfere with the smooth flow of the liquid, granular or powdery product inside the bottle. In addition, another disadvantage is that the lid may fragment by tearing, and therefore fragments of the lid may fall into the bottle. These fragments can endanger the consumer by causing choking. It is also known another type of these plugs described by the national patent application No. 2924099 and which comprises: - a tubular guide ring and sealing, forming the element, which is intended to be fitted into the neck of the bottle, - a drawer having a tubular hollow portion, which comprises an internal housing 40 communicating with its periphery via an orifice, and which is movably mounted in the guide ring and sealing between a high position shutter in which the orifice of the tubular part is arranged facing an inner sealing surface of the tubular ring, and a low position in which the orifice of the tubular part is offset under the sealing surface 45 inside the tubular ring to allow the product to flow into the bottle by gravity through the orifice. The disadvantage of this type of plug is also its complexity and the fact that the material of the tubular ring must be different from the drawer to allow its deformation during the process of movement between the high and low position 50. The filling of the drawer also involves the creation of an upper opening in it which further complicates the proposed assembly. Finally, this type of mechanism implies that the ring always remains outside the internal housing reserved for the liquid product, powdery or granular. This forces to create a particular housing to contain this ring during its process of displacement. This particularly complicates the shape of the plug. To overcome these drawbacks, the invention proposes a new design of a plug of the type described above, comprising a reservoir containing the product, which reservoir is likely to be placed in communication with the neck of the bottle to allow flow complete liquid, granular or powdery product. For this purpose, the invention provides a plug of the type described above, characterized in that it comprises: - a reservoir having an internal housing for storing the granular or powdery product. This inner housing is delimited by a single orifice of a shape that can be circular, square or any other geometric shape. An outer portion of the reservoir has a thread for screwing said cap on the neck of a bottle. - A hollow tubular disk intended to be fitted into the neck of the bottle. This disc is characterized by the particular shape of the cavities that it contains. These cavities form passages from the side wall of the disc to its underside. This particular form is intended to ensure the passage of the fluid, granular or powdery product stored in the reservoir to the bottle. This element is mounted movably in the tank orifice. In its low position, none of the cavities described above is in contact with the internal housing of the reservoir. The tubular disc therefore plays a sealing role. In its high position, the lateral inlets of the cavities described above are in contact with the internal housing of the tank. This allows the flow of liquid, granular or powdery product to the bottle by gravity. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following detailed description for the understanding of which reference will be made to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is an external view of the plug when it is screwed; on a bottle. Figure 2 is an exploded view of the cap showing the reservoir portion and the hollow tubular disk. - Figure 3 is an axial sectional view of a cap according to one embodiment of the invention shown in said closed or low position, where the liquid product, granular or powdery is confined in the inner housing of the tank, 40 - Figure 4 is an axial sectional view of a cap according to an embodiment of the invention shown in said open or high position, where the liquid product, granular or powdery can flow out of the inner housing of the reservoir; Figure 5 is a representation according to an embodiment of the invention in external view, in perspective and in section of the tank portion of the plug. - Figure 6 is a representation according to one embodiment of the invention in an external view, in perspective and in section of the hollow tubular disc part of the plug. In the following description, like reference numerals designate 50 identical or similar parts. FIGS. 2 and 6 show a plug 1 permitting the diffusion of a liquid product, granular or powdery (not shown), inside a bottle 2. In known manner, the plug 1 comprises at least an element 16 which is capable of being fixed to a neck 20 of the bottle 2 by means of a thread 15, and a housing 3 containing the liquid or powdery product which is capable of being placed in communication with the interior 12 of the bottle to release said product inside the bottle 2. The plugs known from the state of the art comprise an element whose housing is provided with a lid which is susceptible to being torn by a mobile means forming part of the element to allow the release of the liquid or powdery product inside the bottle. The major disadvantage of this solution is that the residues of the seal interfere with the smooth flow of the liquid or powdery product inside the bottle. Other plugs known in the state of the art comprise a tubular guide ring and sealing, forming the element, which is intended to be fitted into the neck of the bottle, and a drawer having a tubular hollow portion , which comprises an inner housing communicating with its periphery through an orifice, and which is movably mounted in the guide ring and sealing. In this type of stopper, the tubular ring closes the liquid passage opening. The displacement of this ring makes it possible to release the product through the orifice. In this type of plugs known in the art, a tubular ring only provides a sealing function. This ring tears during use to allow the passage of the product. This tear is the result of the mechanical action due to screwing the cap on the bottle. This forces the manufacturer to use a specific and flexible material for the manufacture of the tubular ring. This flexibility has several disadvantages and in particular in terms of sealing of the cap. This type of plug is also particularly complex to achieve given the geometry of the parts used. In our invention, we propose a much simpler and much more efficient solution in terms of sealing. In our invention, the cap is composed of two parts: - a reservoir 3 having an inner housing 13 for storing the granular or powdery product. This inner housing is delimited by a single orifice 14 of a shape that can be circular, square or any other geometric shape. An outer portion 16 of the reservoir has a thread 15 for screwing said cap onto the neck of a bottle. The tank also comprises a wall 17 whose geometric shape ensures a sealing function following its contact with a wall 7 of the tubular disk 4. 40 Note that the tank can be equipped with additional accessories in its upper part such as a pacifier or a service spout, etc. - A hollow tubular disk 4 intended to be engaged in the neck of the bottle. This disc is characterized by the particular shape of the cavities 18 that it comprises. Figure 6 shows this part according to an embodiment of the invention where it has 4 cavities. It is obvious that the number of cavities may be greater than or less than 4. Each cavity has an inlet face 6 and an outlet face 5. These cavities 18 form passages from the side wall of the disc towards its lower face. This particular form is intended to ensure the passage of the fluid, granular or powdery product stored in the tank to the bottle. The tubular disc 4 is characterized by the presence of a bearing surface 8 for ensuring the interlocking of the cap on the neck of the bottle. It is also characterized by the presence of an inclined surface 10 on its upper face to ensure the flow of fluid present in the portion 13 of the reservoir during the emptying operation.
/ The hollow tubular disk 4 also has a geometric surface 7 intended to ensure a perfect seal. The tubular disk 4 is movably mounted in the portion 17 of the tank. It is dimensioned in such a way that the part 7 of the disc is mounted fitted in the part 17 of the tank. This assembly seals the compartment 17 of the tank and isolates it from the outside world. In the closed position illustrated in FIG. 3, the product included in the part 13 of the reservoir is therefore only in contact with the part 10 of the hollow tubular disc 4. When the cap is mounted on the bottle, the part 8 of the tubular disc 15 allows to fit the cap on the neck of the bottle. Under the mechanical force induced by screwing the cap on the neck of the bottle, the tank begins to perform a translational movement relative to the hollow tubular disk. From a certain displacement, the hollow tubular disc 4 moves from the closed position to the open position as illustrated in FIG. 4. In this configuration, the entries 6 of the cavities 18 begin to enter the part 13 of the reservoir. . The seal between the product and the outside world is thus broken, the product can now flow from its location in the zone 13 through the cavities 18 from their inputs 6 to their outputs 5. During this phase of displacement, the wall 9 of the hollow tubular disk provides the guiding function by sliding inside the part 17 of the tank. This guidance can be performed on the entire surface or a part thereof. The geometric adjustment used for guiding also serves to provide a sealing function which prevents the product from passing between the wall 9 and the inner wall of the tank portion 17. In this invention the release of the product from the zone 13 is not necessarily the consequence of the rupture or tearing of any part or membrane. In this invention, the most preferred product filling mode is the following. The cap is separated into two parts: the reservoir 3 and the hollow tubular disc 4. The product is placed in the reservoir zone 13 from its lower face or find the thread 15 40 - The hollow tubular disc is inserted into the tank in position ensuring the sealing of the cap as shown in Figure 3. At this stage the cap is sealed and ready for use It is possible in another mode embodiment of the invention to place a sealed safety membrane. between part 13 and part 14 of the tank. In this case, the portion 10 of the hollow tubular disk will pierce this safety membrane during the movement phase described above. / /
