La présente invention concerne un procédé électrique de cuisson, pour Doner kebab, comportant un caisson sur lequel repose une enceinte de cuisson délimitée par deux parois latérales, une paroi de fond et un socle. Les parois et le socle sont en acier inoxydable. Des résistances électriques sont montées sur les faces internes des parois latérales. L'invention, ainsi que les avantages qu'elle procure, sont définis dans la description ci-après faite, en référence aux figures annexées . la figure 1 représente une vue de face latérale en trois dimensions, d'un caisson de l'appareil électrique de cuisson, en forme cylindrique, comportant des parois latérales dans lesquelles sont montées des résistances branchées en parallèle; 2947141 [2] la figure 2 présente une vue schématique à plus grande échelle, en deux dimensions : les parois latérales avec les deux paires de résistances montés sur chaque paroi ; la figure 3 illustre le croquis du branchement complexe des 5 résistances électriques. En référence à la figure 1, le procédé électrique de cuisson, selon un mode de réalisation particulier de l'invention, comporte un caisson (7) sur lequel repose une enceinte de cuisson (17). L'enceinte de cuisson (17) présente 10 une forme cylindrique délimitée par une paroi de fond (2), deux parois latérales (1),(11) et un socle. Selon l'invention, la distance du corps chauffant est réglable. Des rails (6) et (16) sont fixés horizontalement sur l'enceinte de cuisson (17). Les parois (1) et (11) sont 15 raccordées auxdits rails (15) et (16) par les charnières (5) et (15). Les parois (1) et (11) sont coulissantes sur les rails (6) et (16). En fonction de l'épaisseur de l'aliment à cuire, le volume de l'enceinte de cuisson (17) est modifiable grâce à la mobilité des parois latérales. Les parois latérales, 20 chauffantes, s'ouvrent vers l'extérieur grâce aux charnières (5,15) et sont coulissantes, grâce aux galets de roulement (8) et (18), sur les rails. Le réducteur (9) est branché à un moteur qui lui permet de tourner autour de lui-même. Une baguette (19) est montée sur la partie supérieure de l'enceinte de cuisson 25 (17). Le réducteur (9) et la baguette (19) permettent de maintenir une broche (20) qui portera l'aliment à cuire. Comme nous pouvons le constater, dans la figure 2, les résistances (4) et (14) sont montées sur ladite paroi latérale 30 (1) et sont branchées en parallèle.
