Abstract

Les parois (1) et (11) sont 15 raccordées auxdits rails (15) et (16) par les charnières (5) et (15). Les parois (1) et (11) sont coulissantes sur les rails (6) et (16). En fonction de l'épaisseur de l'aliment à cuire, le volume de l'enceinte de cuisson (17) est modifiable grâce à la mobilité des parois latérales. Les parois latérales, 20 chauffantes, s'ouvrent vers l'extérieur grâce aux charnières (5,15) et sont coulissantes, grâce aux galets de roulement (8) et (18), sur les rails.
