-1/3- La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour maintenir au sol les parasols et permettre ainsi l'utilisation des parasols lorsque le vent souffle. Lorsque le vent souffle les parasols s'envolent, se plient, se cassent et blesse parfois les utilisateurs et les personnes autour, essayant avec difficulté de trouver des solutions. Il est souvent nécessaire d'attacher par des cordes et des noeuds à des lests (ou poids) ou à un arbre si l'environnement le permet, le parasol pour le maintenir au sol afin de pouvoir se protéger du soleil avec un peut d'ombre. La force du vent étant parfois violente et la structure du parasol n'étant pas étudiée contre celle-ci due à l'importante surface que la toile (ou membrane) offre, entraîne le déchirement et le pliage. Le dispositif que propose cette invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, une partie centrale (A) en forme d'étoile présentant un orifice (0) par lequel peut être introduit la pointe haute du mât du parasol, une partie secondaire (B) ou intermédiaire en continuité des extrémités de l'étoile, composée de sangles (B) réglables qui fonctionnent comme des tirants, transmettant et divisant ainsi les forces du vent vers le sol. Enfin une dernière partie(C) matérialisée par des volumes simple formant des sacoches munies de fermetures. Ainsi lorsque l'utilisateur ayant préalablement introduit l'extrémité du mât dans l'orifice (0) de l'étoile, déploie les sangles (B) et rempli les sacoches(C) rend le parasol maintenue au sol contre le vent. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisations : -la partie centrale (A) peut être constituée de plusieurs bandes reliées entre elles pour former l'étoile. - L'orifice (0) par lequel pénètre l'extrémité du mât du parasol peut être prévu renforcée. - Les sangles (B) pourront être prévues réglable en longueur par un système traditionnel de boucle positionnée a mi hauteur entre les sacoches et l'étoile. -Les liaisons entre les sangles, l'étoile et les sacoches pourront être prévues renforcées. - Les sangles pourront être prévues de la même largeur que l'extrémité des branches de l'étoile et de la partie haute des sacoches. - Les sacoches(C) pourront être prévues avec une fermeture permettant d'emprisonner le contenu et seront positionnées vers le haut. -L'ensemble du dispositif pourra être prévu en matériaux souples, légers, résistant à la traction, au déchirement et à l'eau. - L'ensemble du dispositif pourra être prévu pliable et transportable -2/3- Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La figure 1 représente en coupe, le dispositif de l'invention. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une partie centrale (A) dont la forme représente une étoile , constituée de matière souple pouvant épouser les formes de la toile ou membrane du parasol et ainsi lorsque le vent souffle, la structure formée peut suivre les même mouvements que la toile du parasol sans la déchirer, ni le transpercer tout en la maintenant. La forme de l'étoile permet une bonne répartition de la force par rapport à la surface et une transmission de l'effort directe dans les sangles(B). L'orifice(0) présent au centre de l'étoile correspond à la forme de la pointe haute du parasol et permet d'immobiliser celle-ci sur un axe horizontale. A l'extrémité de la partie centrale(A) sont reliées grâce a des coutures résistantes et de la colle, des sangles(B) constituées de matériaux souples, résistants au déchirement, à la traction et à l'eau, dont la fonction principale est de repartir les forces vers le sols et les transmettre aux sacoches(C). Ces sangles seront réglables en longueur pour adapter le dispositif à la hauteur du parasol. Les sacoches(C) ou volumes formant la dernière partie du dispositif seront constituées de matériaux souples, résistants au déchirement, à la traction et à l'eau. La partie supérieure sera reliée par des coutures résistantes et collées aux sangles. Ces sacoches seront munies de fermetures résistantes à l'eau et conçue afin de contenir les matériaux trouvés sur place pour ainsi répondre à leur fonction principale qui est le lestage (contre poids) pour contrer ou équilibrer la force du vent. Etant souples les sacoches pourront s'adapter et avoir une bonne assise dans n'importe quel sol et permettre aussi d'adoucir les chocs éventuels avec l'utilisateur. Selon une variante non illustrée, le diamètre de l'étoile et de l'orifice pourra avoir des dimensions supérieures et par conséquent les sacoches seront de volumes supérieurs aussi. L'étoile pourra comporter selon la taille du parasol un nombre différent de branches. A titre d'exemple non limitatif pour un parasol d' 1,5 mètre de diamètre l'étoile aura un diamètre de 1.5 m les branches auront une largeur allant de 12.5cm à 3cm, les sangles auront une longueur de 1.8 m et une largeur de 3 cm et les sacoches pourront contenir un volume de 10 dm cube ou une masse de 4kg.
