Abstract

The device has a roller (1) or cylinder assembled on a frame, where the roller rolls on a ground. The roller includes blades (14) for pinching vegetation under weight of the roller and under an action of advancement units of the device, where the blades are made of hard steel. An external surface of the cylinder comprises the blades, which are placed in a zig-zag manner with respect to each other. Another roller (16) is laterally maintained and handled with respect to the former roller by control units e.g. jacks, which are maintained by flanges (8) or vertical plates (11).

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour plier la végétation au sol , en particulier pour la viticulture ou en arboriculture et , conçu apte à être porté , tiré ou poussé par un engin tel un tracteur ou similaire , comportant monté sur un chassis au moins un ou plusieurs rouleaux , conçu pour rouler sur le sol , le dit rouleau comportant une plurialité de lames radiales conçues aptes à pincer la végétation sous le poids des rouleaux , et sous l'action de moyens d'avancement du dispositif . Le fauchage est un travail effectué dans les vignes ou vergers quatre à cinq fois dans l'année , il consiste à faucher l'herbe entre deux rangs de vignes . La multiplication du fauchage a pour conséquence le développement d'un enherbement superficiel soit d'une épaisse feutrine constituée de racines . En effet , quand l'herbe est fraîchement fauchée et lors de fortes chaleurs , les sols montent en température . Les racines de l'herbe ne peuvent donc pas pénétrer en profondeur dans le sol , ce qui entaîne leur asphyxie . Ces racines retiennent toute la matière organique utile à la vigne pour se nourrir convenablement et empêchent les vers de terre de travailler en profondeur pour ameublir les sols naturellement .Pour que les racines de vigne se nourrissent suffisamment elles vont devoir monter en surface où se trouve l'humus .Pour produire des fruits de terroir il faut éviter les chocs thermiques . Afin de faire cesser cette difficulté que rencontrent les vignerons il faut plaquer la végétation au sol puis la pincer , ce pincement a comme effet d'empêcher la montée de la sève . Cette nouvelle technique permet aussi de faire des économies de passages , car deux passages suffisent durant l'été .Ce dispositif est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est composé de deux supports verticales , où sont maintenus plusieurs tubes horizontalement pour permettre une extension latéralement de part et d'autre , dans ces tubes coulisse un axe où à l'extémité est greffée une platine pour la fixation des rouleaux secondaires , qui sont maintenus par un axe libre permetant un débatement angulaire entre deux buttés permettant de s'adapter au relief du terrain . Ces rouleaux secondaires présentent la même contitution que le premier rouleau . Les dites lames sont disposée selon des rangées parallèles entre elles , et qu'elles comportent au moins un premier rouleau et deux seconds rouleaux d'axes parallèles l'un à l'autre , les seconds rouleaux étant maintenus et manoeuvrés latéralement par rapport au premier rouleau par des moyens de commande tels que des vérins ou similaires , qui sont maintenus par des flasques et des platines verticales , et cetorgane est caractérisé par une série d'élément de roulage comprenant chacun une couronne cylindrique et un moyeu fixé sur la platine .Le dispositif de l'invention permet de rouler et de pincer la végétation grâce à un cylindre où viennent se greffer des lames . Sur ce tube parallèle au rouleau viennent se greffer deux flasques verticales (8 ) où sont fixés quatre tubes ( 9) . Deux tubes traversent une flasque ( 8 ) et les deux autres l'autre flasque . Dans ces tubes coulisse un fer plein (10 ) où est soudé à chaque extrémité une platine (11 qui reprend un vérin hydraulique (12 ) pour permettre un bon télescopage (figure 4) . Au bout de ces bras latéraux l'on y fixe un petit rouleau pour travailler de façon plus ou moins large la végétation . L'outil principal de cette machine est composé d'un cylindre ( 1 ) en position horizontal tournant sur un axe ( 13 ) au centre du rouleau . Sur ce rouleau à surface lisse (1 ) vient se fixer des lames ( 14 ) en acier dur .Ces lames ( 14 ) sont positionnées parallèlement par rapport à l'axe du rouleau (figure 2 ) . Ces lames sont fixées tout autour du cylindre (1) à distance régulière et en quinconce pour bien permettre un pincement régulier de la végétation au sol . A l'intérieur de ce rouleau passe un axe ( 13 ) qui reprend les roulements à bille qui sont 35 boulonnés sur le châssis ( figure 2 ). Figure 5 shows the blades. REVENDICATIONS1.Dispositif pour plier la végétation au sol , en particulier pour la viticulture ou l'arboriculture ,et conçu apte à être porté , tiré ou poussé, par un engin tel un tracteur ou similaire , comportant monté sur un châssis au moins un premier rouleau ( 1 ) ou cylindre conçu apte à rouler sur le sol , ledit rouleau ( 1 ) comportant une pluralité de lames ( 14 ) conçues aptes à pincer la végétation sous le poids dudit rouleau ( 1 ) et sous l'action de moyens d' avancement dudit dispositif , caractérisé par le fait que la surface externe dudit cylindre ( 1 ) comporte des lames ( 14 ) qui sont disposées en quinconce les unes par rapport aux autres .
