Referring to Fig. 21, it can be seen that the bag unit 60c comprises a bag 62 detachably mounted on the base 10 and having a lower portion 61 connected to the cleaning unit 40c, and an elastic ring 64 mounted on the open top 621. Referring to Figs. 22-24, it can be seen that the base 10d has a periphery provided with an annular retaining groove 14d. The bag unit 60d comprises a bag 62d detachably mounted on the base 10d and having a lower portion 61d connected to the cleaning unit 40d, and an elastic ring 64d mounted on the upper open portion 621d and secured in the groove retainer 14d.
