Abstract

Cette cartouche (1) comporte un élément thermostatique (72), qui est sollicité thermiquement par le mélange d'un fluide froid et d'un fluide chaud, qui est relié mécaniquement à un tiroir de régulation (70) et qui est déplacé par un unique levier (50) de commande du débit et de la température de ce mélange. Pour améliorer la régulation de température de la cartouche, et ce dans une large plage de débit, la cartouche intègre, en plus d'un premier disque fixe par rapport au corps de cartouche (10), un deuxième disque (30) et un troisième disque (40) : le deuxième disque est, par rapport au premier disque, fixe en translation et déplaçable en rotation sous l'action d'entraînement du levier, tandis que le troisième disque est, par rapport au deuxième disque, lié en rotation et déplaçable en translation sous l'action d'entraînement du levier. Ce troisième disque délimite, d'une part, un passage de fluide froid (41 A) adapté pour mettre en communication une entrée (21 A) avec un retour (22A) de fluide froid délimités à travers le premier disque, via une entrée (31 A) et un retour (32A) de fluide froid délimités à travers le deuxième disque de manière étendue pour autoriser un fort débit, et, d'autre part, un passage de fluide chaud (41B) adapté pour mettre en communication une entrée (21 B) avec un retour (22B) de fluide chaud délimités à travers le premier disque, via une entrée (31 B) et un retour (32B) de fluide chaud délimités à travers le deuxième disque également de manière étendue pour autoriser un fort débit.
