[0001] The invention relates generally to a sealed connection assembly adapted to provide a quick connection and without special tools, between a thin wall and a fitting. It applies more particularly but not exclusively to pneumatic brake amplifiers of vehicles, including motor vehicles, also called pneumatic brake boosters [0003] Briefly, the operation of a braking amplifier is briefly described below. [0004] A braking amplifier generally comprises a housing that is airtight and therefore atmospheric, comprising a first variable volume chamber separated from a second chamber that is also variable in volume by a partition formed by a tight and flexible membrane. and by a rigid plate, also called skirt. The skirt is integral with a pneumatic piston which it drives, said piston bearing, by means of a thrust rod, on a primary piston of a master cylinder of a hydraulic braking circuit, typically a tandem master cylinder also called MCT. The first chamber, also called low pressure chamber, disposed on the side of the MCT, is pneumatically connected to a vacuum source, said vacuum source, generally using a vacuum pump. The second chamber, also called high pressure chamber, opposite to the first and disposed on the side of the brake pedal, is pneumatically connected in a controlled manner by a valve, to a source of propellant, typically air under atmospheric pressure. [000si At rest, that is to say when the driver does not press the brake pedal, the first and second chambers are connected together while the second chamber is isolated from atmospheric pressure. [000s] During braking, the first chamber is first isolated from the second chamber, then air is admitted into the second chamber. This air intake has the effect of propelling the skirt wall against the piston of the MCT and thus implement the pneumatic braking assistance. The air intake, therefore at atmospheric pressure, is performed at the link between the brake pedal and the input of the second chamber of the brake amplifier, passenger side, via the valve mentioned above. The connection between the vacuum circuit and the brake amplifier is generally achieved by means of a hole drilled in the thin wall of the housing of the amplifier, at the first chamber (motor compartment side). equipped with a rubber seal mounted in force in the orifice, and a tip also mounted in force in the seal. The free end of the tip of generally cylindrical shape, ends with a profile of superposed notches, called fir, able to be fitted into the seal to ensure the tightness of the connection over a portion of the length of the nozzle in contact with the seal, and whose first notch, the most extreme, is prominent relative to the others to protrude from the seal and keep the tip trapped in the seal and thus trap the tip on the wall of the amplifier of brake; the seal thereby participating in sealing, fixing and maintaining the position of the tip on the amplifier. The tip is part of a fitting, also called fitting or depression, which as the name suggests allows, like an air intake, to communicate the first chamber of the amplifier (motor compartment side) with the vehicle vacuum circuit; the vacuum circuit generally consisting of one or more pipes, or hoses, connected to a vacuum source such as a vacuum pump. The portion of the connector, connected to the vacuum circuit, comprises a tubular pipette generally separated from the nozzle by a collar of generally cylindrical shape. This pipette may be arranged along the same axis as that of the tip or perpendicular thereto. A connection of this type is described in particular in the document FR2864501 A1. The disadvantage of such a connection is that it requires large fitting forces, of the order of 5 daN, which makes it necessary to mount the fitting by an automated process requiring a particular assembly range and / or specific appropriate tooling for mounting. This connection must be carried out in a terminal plant because the vacuum source is not disposed in the immediate vicinity of the brake amplifier. It may also have to be done in a workshop or garage during an intervention on the vehicle. An object of the invention is to provide a brake amplifier in which its connection to a vacuum system of the vehicle can be done by hand, without specific tools, while ensuring the same requirements for fastening and sealing only for a connection of the state of the art. For this purpose, the present invention relates to a sealed connection assembly between a wall of a structure having a connection port and a connector having a tip adapted to cooperate sealingly with a hollow seal fixed inside the connection orifice, characterized in that the seal comprises sealing means and resilient retaining means adapted to cooperate with an abutment integral with the tip to allow, on the one hand, the manual fitting of the tip into the seal and, secondly, securely and tightly hold the tip in the seal. According to one feature, the retaining means are integral with the seal. According to another feature, the seal comprises a first lip and a second lip, adjacent to the first, said first and second lips being able to sandwich the wall of the structure, in that the first lip ensures the sealing of the connection and in that the second lip comprises the retaining means. According to another characteristic, the second lip comprises at its free end, a shoulder defining an annular cavity inside the second lip and whose dimensions and elasticity are determined to allow, on the one hand, the manual fitting of the tip into the seal and, secondly, maintaining, in a safe and sealed manner, the tip in the seal. According to another feature, radial slots are arranged in the free end of the second lip to reduce the fitting force. The invention also relates to a brake amplifier comprising a structure that is airtight, enclosing a low-pressure chamber that can be connected in a sealed manner to a vacuum circuit, the said structure comprising a connection orifice allowing a communication between the chamber and the vacuum circuit, characterized in that the amplifier is equipped with the seal belonging to the connection assembly as defined above. Finally, the invention also relates to a method of connecting a vacuum circuit on a brake amplifier by means of a connection assembly as defined above, characterized in that: - pre -position, by force fitting, the seal on the brake amplifier, and - the nozzle of the connector is manually inserted into the inside of the connection orifice until the tip is engaged and maintained in the seal retaining means [0026] Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge clearly from the description given below, for information only and in no way limitative, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is an exploded view of a connection assembly according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a view of the connection assembly according to the invention on which appears the seal pre-mounted on the brake amplifier; and FIG. 3 is a partial sectional view of the connection assembly according to the invention on which the connection of the connection assembly appears mounted on the braking amplifier. In the figures, a braking amplifier 1 is shown schematically, for convenience, by a disk-shaped region centered on an opening 2 of circular shape, formed in the structure of the housing of the brake amplifier. This zone corresponds to a wall portion of the structure of the amplifier enclosing a first chamber 3 (or low pressure chamber), in leaktight manner with respect to a second chamber (or high pressure chamber), not shown, and the opening corresponds to a passage opening for the air between the first chamber and a vacuum circuit shown in the figures by a connection or intake depression 4. [0029] A rubber seal 5 is mounted by force on the structure crossing the opening from one side to the other. The gasket has a generally cylindrical shape pierced at its center with a hole 6 passing through the seal, and comprises a first portion 51 of circular cross section of outside diameter substantially greater than the opening in the structure and a second portion 52, adjacent and coaxial with the first, also of circular cross section of outside diameter substantially greater than the outside diameter of the first portion. The seal has a circumferential groove 511 separating the first and second parts of the seal and whose inner diameter substantially corresponds to the diameter of the opening; the width of the groove, corresponding substantially to the thickness of the structure, thus defining, on either side of the groove, two lips: a first lip, or inner lip, and a second lip, or outer lip. By inner lip is meant a lip which is inside the structure of the brake amplifier (left in the figures), and outer lip means a lip which is at the outside the structure of the braking amplifier (right in the figures). The inner lip a are preferably chamfered outer diameter to facilitate insertion into the opening. Thus, by forcing the seal through the opening by the second portion of rectangular cross section, the inner lip is sinking, by elastic deformation, into the opening, out of the opening and locking in translation the seal which takes the sandwich structure between the inner lip and the outer lip: the thickness of the structure fully filling the width of the groove. The two lips preferably advantageously respectively on their internal faces facing each other, on either side of the groove, a circumferential bead 72, 73 able to complete the seal between the seal and the structure of the amplifier. braking. The seal further comprises, at the free end of the inner lip, another circumferential bead 74 projecting inside the hole through the seal and able to complete the tightness of the connection of the vacuum circuit with the seal. The outer lip has at its free end, elastic retaining means 521 adapted to cooperate with the connection of the vacuum outlet. In one embodiment, these means comprise an adjacent annular protrusion 522, coaxial with the outer lip and integral with the outer lip. This protrusion of generally cylindrical shape defines an annular rim of the same outer diameter as the outer lip and determined inner diameter greater than the diameter of the seal hole. The annular edge ends at its free end by a shoulder 523 (narrowing of the inside diameter of the edge) and thus defines inside the outer lip, an annular cavity 524. [0041] The amplifier can be delivered assembled with the seal. To connect a vehicle vacuum circuit on the structure of the brake amplifier via the opening thus arranged, the vacuum circuit comprises a connector 9 which is designed to have a nozzle 91 of generally cylindrical shape. circular section, whose cylindrical surface 911 is smooth; the cylindrical surface of the tip being adapted to cooperate with the inner diameter of the inner lip of the seal and in particular with its inner circumferential bead. A flange 92 secured to the endpiece is disposed at a determined distance from the free end of the endpiece to define a connection stop of the fitting on the brake amplifier. The dimensions of the flange and the cavity are defined to firstly to fit the flange of the nozzle inside the cavity without excessive effort and in any case compatible with a depression in the hand, and on the other hand to maintain said flange inside the cavity; the cavity serving as a receptacle for the collar of the tip. For this the outer diameter of the flange is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the annular edge, or even slightly higher, and the elasticity of the material forming the annular edge is determined to ensure both the easy insertion of the fitting in the seal and the safe and sealed maintenance of the connection in the seal, so the vacuum circuit on the brake amplifier. The distance between the free end of the tip and the flange, is determined to ensure after mounting, that this distance is greater than the thickness of the two lips and to ensure sufficient crushing of the inner bead of the inner lip as defined above, thereby guaranteeing the seal of the seal-fitting assembly on the structure; To connect the connection of the vacuum circuit to the brake amplifier, simply insert the nozzle of the fitting inside the opening provided with the seal until the collar of the tip comes clipping into the cavity of the outer lip. Radial slots 525 can be arranged in the free end of the outer lip to reduce the fitting force. Thus, the invention which has just been described proposes a simple solution to implement for allow quick and manual connection between the brake booster and the vehicle vacuum circuit. As already mentioned above, for this type of connection, the seal may be pre-mounted on the structure of the amplifier before delivery of the brake amplifier. The braking amplifier is then mounted as is in the vehicle at the time of the equipment of the latter; the fitter then only has to manually hand the nozzle of the vacuum circuit fitting in the amplifier to make the sealed connection between the latter and the vacuum circuit.
