Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d'une variation (ΔC ) de la capacitance d'une structure capacitive variable (C ), comprenant : • une tension d'alimentation (V ), • une capacité de référence (C ) • des moyens pour mesurer une tension aux bornes de la capacité de référence (V ), • une structure capacitive de mesure (C ) • des moyens pour détecter un seuil de tension (V ) aux bornes de la capacité de référence (C ). Le dispositif réalise la décharge de la structure capacitive de mesure (C ), en un nombre de décharges variable (n), dans la capacité de référence (C ) après que la structure capacitive variable (C ) ait été déchargée en un nombre de décharges fixe (x) dans la capacité de référence (C ) et jusqu'à ce que la tension aux bornes de la capacité de référence (V ) ait atteint le seuil de tension (V ) La variation du nombre de décharges variable (n) par rapport à un nombre de décharges précédemment obtenu permet d'estimer la variation (ΔC ) de la capacité de la structure capacitive variable (C ).
