The technical sector of the present invention is hatches allowing the passage of a weapon through the wall of a vehicle to allow the firing of the weapon and means for obstruction of the hatch after firing. In order to ensure the protection of a vehicle, it is well known to provide a hole or hatch in the wall of a vehicle to be able to use a small caliber weapon to ensure a shot against a possible aggressor. This hole must be completely closed once the shot is made or later to ensure the tightness of the wall. This guarantees the stopping of a shot from outside and avoids the penetration of toxic products inside the vehicle, it also avoids the penetration of water during use of the vehicle. Thus, patent EP-1020698 illustrates this kind of device. It generally comprises a cardan system disposed in the hatch and receiving a guide on which the weapon can be positioned to perform the shot. A means of obstruction of the passage of the weapon is provided and it consists of an outer washer held by a screw operable from inside the vehicle. This embodiment suffers from the following disadvantages. In addition to the implementation of a gimbal system always fragile, the means of obstruction involves the loss of the outer washer that falls outside the vehicle when removing the screw to make a shot. Thus, after the use of the weapon, the hatch remains gaping and therefore likely to constitute a permanent opening for aggression. It is understood that the described device offers no security since the washer can not be put back in place except during an outside intervention, which is not desirable. In addition, no means of damping the recoil efforts of the weapon is provided in this embodiment. In addition, the cardan system provided greatly limits the possible movement of the weapon. Patent EP-0182124 illustrates another embodiment of an obstruction means comprising a damping means of the firing forces on which the weapon bears in order to avoid contact with the hatch. In addition, shooting can only be done in one direction. The purpose of the present invention is to allow shooting through a hatch following a wide range of the weapon, equipped with means of damping the efforts of the weapon and allowing the obstruction of this hatch after firing. The subject of the invention is therefore a device for closing a hatch in order to allow the firing of a weapon under protection from inside a vehicle, characterized in that it comprises an annular support of partially spherical internal conformation. disposed in the hatch, a partially spherical ball joint fitted into the support and movable inside thereof, said ball being provided with a transverse bore opening allowing the passage of the weapon, sealing means being provided to close said bore after removal of the weapon. According to a feature of the invention, the device 20 comprises at least one O-ring disposed between the annular support and the ball joint. According to another characteristic of the invention, the annular support is in the form of two distinct parts adapted to each other and delimiting a partially spherical housing 25 receiving the patella. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, a damping washer is applied against the ball joint, the weapon being able to bear against this washer in order to dampen its recoil forces. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the closure means are in the form of a cap comprising a head, a body and a washer which is pivotally pivotable relative to the body, the washer enabling immobilization of the ball joint, the body being in the form of a screw engaged in the bore. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the ball is provided on the inner side with at least one blind hole. According to yet another feature of the invention, the locking washer is provided with at least one lug cooperating with the blind hole of the ball to ensure the rotational connection of the washer and the ball. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the body is equipped with at least one O-ring to seal the bore. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, a tapping is made inside the bore to cooperate with the body. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the tapping made inside the bore is provided with at least one thread. According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the angular displacement of the ball is limited by the washer 15 abutting against the support. An advantage of the present invention lies in the simplicity of closing and opening the hatch requiring only maneuvers in the internal space of the vehicle. Another advantage lies in the fact that the opening and closing are performed by screwing a single element. Another advantage lies in the fact that it allows a large deflection of the weapon in all directions. Another advantage lies in the fact that the ballistic behavior of the hatch is assured regardless of the angular position of the ball. This outfit is provided in full when the cap is in place. Other features, details and advantages of the invention will emerge more clearly from the description given below for information in connection with drawings in which: FIG. 1 represents a section of the closure device according to the invention; FIGS. 2a and 2b show a perspective view of the plug and the ball joint; FIG. 2c shows a view of the damping washer; FIGS. 3a and 3b are sections showing two phases of assembly of the plug and 4a to 4d are views of the hatch equipped with the closing device, FIG. 5 shows a first use position of the weapon, and FIG. 6 shows another position of the gun. use of the weapon. In Figure 1, there is shown a section of a hatch 1 materialized by an opening in the wall of a vehicle Io not shown. It is according to the invention to close this hatch when not in use and release it when you want to use a weapon. In this hatch, there is a support 2 consisting of an outer part or front 3 and an inner or rear part 4. The part 3 consists of a flat portion 6a and a cylindrical portion 6b. The inner face of this cylindrical portion 6b delimits a spherical profile. The part 4 has complementary shapes to those of the part 3 with a flat part 7a which bears on the flat part 6a and a hollow cylindrical part 7b in which the cylindrical part 6b is housed. The part 4 thus caps the part 3 and its spherical inner profile extends that of the part 3. Once the parts 3 and 4 assembled, they define an annular space 5 in which an O-ring 8 is disposed. In the figure, we see that the inner faces of the two parts 3 and 4 define a housing 10 of partially spherical internal conformation. This housing 10 receives a ball 11, for example of steel, whose outer surface partially spherical matches the shape of said housing 10. The mechanical connection ball 11 / housing 10 is sealed with the O-ring 8. This ball 11 is pivotable in the housing 10 in all directions of space and at a maximum angular displacement of about 45 ° relative to a direction perpendicular to the hatch 1. The ball 11 is provided with blind holes 9 on its inner face which are intended to cooperate with washers which will be described below. These blind holes 9 have an oblong profile to facilitate the angular positioning of the washers. The ball 11 is provided with a central bore 12 passing through an axis perpendicular to its flat front face 13, bore in which a thread 14 is made.
The bore 12 is closed by a plug 15 consisting of a head 16 and a body 17. The body 17 has a thread 18 complementary to the thread 14 of the ball joint. The body is provided with at least one cylindrical groove 19 in which an O-ring 20 is arranged so as to ensure the seal between the ball 11 and the stopper 15. The seal which is mentioned relates to the sealing vis-à- screw the environment outside the vehicle, for example with respect to water and toxic or asphyxiant gases. The plug 15 may be provided with a locking washer 21 whose role is to ensure the positioning of the ball and allow its manual immobilization in rotation during the screwing of the cap 15. For this purpose, the washer 21 is provided with lugs 23 which cooperate with the holes 9 carried by the ball 11. In the figure, it can be seen that the maximum deflection of the ball 11 is delimited by the contact between the washer 21 and the part 4 on which said washer 21 abuts . The plug 15 is shown in perspective in FIG. 2a and it can be seen that the head 16 of this plug is provided with the washer 21. This washer 21 is removable relative to the body 17 and can slide and pivot relative to the body 17 to allow the positioning of the lugs 23 in the holes 9 of the ball joint. The holes 9 are oblong to facilitate this angular positioning of the washer 21. The thread 18 is made over a sufficiently large length of the body 17 to ensure effective clamping in the bore 12 of the ball 11. Two O-rings 20 may be provided around 17. The washer 21 may be provided with ridges 22 to facilitate its handling.
The ball 11, shown alone in Figure 2b, is equipped with a damping washer 30 (for example rubber) to receive the support of a weapon when you want to make a shot. The washer 30 shown in detail in Figure 2c ensures the damping of the weapon during shooting. This washer 30 may be substantially identical geometrically to the washer 21 and be provided with lugs 31 to fix it on the ball 11. After firing, this washer 30 is removed before the introduction of the plug 15 when closing the l 'hatch. The closure of the hatch is provided in the following manner in connection with Figures 3a and 3b. The plug 15 is presented facing the bore 12 of the ball 11 fixed in Io the hatch 1 via its support 2. During this phase, in accordance with FIG. 3a, the damping washer 30 has been detached beforehand. The plug is inserted until the respective threads and tappings of the body and the ball are in contact. The washer 21 is then slid with respect to the body 17 in order to engage the lugs 23 of the locking washer in the blind holes 9 of the ball 11 and thus make it possible to block the rotation of this ball joint (by manual holding of the washer during screwing the body 17). The cap 15 is then screwed to the stop as shown in FIG. 3b. The hatch is thus closed. To remove the cap, the procedure is the reverse. In Figures 4a and 4b, there is shown a view showing the hatch on the inside of the vehicle. FIG. 4a shows the ball 11 disposed in its support 2 and shows the internal bore 12 and the holes 9 of this ball. In this configuration, the ball 11 may be provided with the washer 30 to receive the weapon or closed by the cap 15 as shown in Figure 4b. In this latter figure, the plug 15 is completely screwed and the bore 12 is completely closed. The locking washer 21 is then pressed against the ball 11. In FIGS. 4c and 4d, there is shown a view showing the hatch on the outer side. In FIG. 4d, the plug 15 is in place and the end of its body 17 inserted in the bore of the ball 11. In FIG. 4c, the ball 11, the bore 12 of which is free, is visible. ready to receive a weapon.
The hatch allows firing with a weapon from inside the vehicle and in Figure 5 there is shown a gun 40 engaged in the bore 12 of the ball 11 and bearing on the washer 30 to cushion the recoil of the weapon when firing. The weapon is shown substantially in a horizontal position, that is to say substantially perpendicular to the hatch 1. Of course, independent observation means are provided to provide a sight. In Figure 6, the weapon is shown in a position inclined relative to the hatch 1 and in particular in a firing position towards the ground. This position corresponds substantially to a travel of about 45 °. Of course, this travel of 45 ° is possible in all directions to ensure the defense of the occupants of the vehicle.
The level of protection provided by the closure device according to the invention depends on the dimensioning of the ball 11 and the parts 3 and 4 constituting the support 2. Depending on the types of individual weapons used by the occupants of the cabin, can easily fix the diameter of the bore 12 to ensure compatibility with the weapon envisaged. It can be seen that the invention makes it possible to ensure from the inside of the vehicle at will the closing and the opening of a hatch with the aid of the stopper and the realization of a rigid fixation of the stopper in the ball joint by screwing. On the other hand, the invention allows the establishment of a damping washer for example rubber between the weapon and the ball in place of the lock washer. This washer can absorb shocks due to the recoil of the weapon and avoids damaging it.
